I have been using the app for a few months now, and after 10 years of constant frustration with my old practice, I actually get things done now. Practitioners are calling me back within a reasonable time, they are always nice and helpful. Haven't been to the practice personally, but hoping it will be a similar experience! Kepp up the good work

The most disgusting gp I’ve even been to. I suggest everyone to change from this practice, My 2 year old had appointment, we were running 10 min late I’ve called to let the receptionist know and she said it was fine, came all the way just to tell me I was late and she has to ask the doctor. She send a message to the doctor but didn’t respond. The practice is empty just us here she could’ve got up and told the doctor we here but decided to just sit and Made me wait with my daughter for 30min and this receptionist came back with NO doctor won’t be able to see you with an attitude. They could’ve just said no while I was on the way or as soon as I came but made me wait 😡. And this is the first appointment over 2 years because there is never appointments available when I call. Disgusting drs and receptionist ( dr andan, receptionist alecia). I wonder why most people I know have changed to different and better practices. I’ll definitely LEAVE. 😡

Staff never answer phones within a reasonable time. You're always waiting at least half an hour. The hold message tells you to "skip the queue by using dr IQ" but you can't as they turn off the app during busy periods.
You cannot book appointments in advance so you have to call every morning and hope they have space for a phone consultation that day.
And even if you do manage to get an appointment, they don't give you a time frame so you have to hang around all day waiting for them to call you.

Sort your systems out, theyre terrible.

I have never dealt with anyone that rude over the phone in my life. I called asking for an appointment for someone (registered with them) who was in real pain on a Friday afternoon and the lady was rushing, asking me questions but not really listening to me. Then she said I would have to call back on Tuesday??? I thought they were a walk in centre.
When I said I may had to take the person to Kings College as an emergency, she replied that she didn’t even know why I was calling then (as if I was wasting her precious time) and put the phone down on me. Never again.

DrIQ app is either not working or insufficient to cater for my query, but when I call, a recorded message tells me to call back after 10am??! It’s like they think we don’t have jobs or something… it’s not always possible to make calls whilst at work. Either sort the app or sort reception but either way no one should have to have a break in a repeat prescription order at the risk of their health.

UPDATE have waited 9 months for a referral appointment from this surgery and have turned up to be told that the GP was asked for more information and they didn’t send it so my appointment got cancelled.

The receptionist was friendly, the GP — not so. Bureaucracy takes unnecessarily too long considering all the patient information should already be in the computer system, and staff is rewriting the same details all over again on pieces of paper taking 20 minutes out of the appointment time, which in turn causes rush through the actual procedure. Plenty of parking space.

After being on hold for over 30 minutes I decided to visit the practice in person, luckily the receptionist was very helpful and got me an appointment within the next 15 minutes. However I must stress that for those who are not able to visit the practice in person, the wait for phone call appointments needs to be reconsidered and adapted.

I was seen by an Anique, she was lovely, kind and attentive. I left with a diagnosis, prescription and reassurance. Thank you !

Really great people working there, really loved one particular receptionist. So friendly and helpful! It’s nice to come across such humane people. ❤️
