I have called the doctors twice today. First time I was on hold for 1 hour and 56mins and was told by the receptionist to use the Internet. I told them the hub was not working and she told me she would call me back. I never got the phone call back. I called them again a few hours later and was on hold for another 2 hours to be told there is nothing they can do when the hub is down. I understand the pressure the GPS and nhs is under as I work for the nhs but all I wanted was a simply sick note so I could give it to my boss as they really needed it for that day. I'm now going to be in trouble with work as I could not get them the sick note when they requested it from me. I think its very rude when told they would call me back and nothing happens. Its very unfair. I have been with the doctors surgery for years now and it only seems to be getting worse. Face to face is just as bad as trying to fill out the request form online when the hub is most of the time temporarily unavailable all the time.

They don't accept appointments by phone, you have to go online. In principle not a problem. But, and here's the kicker, they cancel the online option for days on end! So if you're trying to book an appointment for Monday on a Friday you simply can't. You can't phone either as the receptionists won't help you. You're stuck. You'll have to wait until Monday and then hope for an appointment by Thursday!! Completely unacceptable. Terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all.

Got an appointment on 1st November, then trying since then to book a return to discuss my tests results, just impossible! The system is down all the time and hours on the phone.

Also no update that my results were ready, found by luck on the NHS app.

I give two stars because when/if you get an appointment the doctors and nurses are very good.

Shame that at the moment is a mess

Hub always down. Never able to order repeat prescription. My medication is always on hold by upto a week or more. My appointments are made for me to see a nurse who is not able to diagnose and I was not impressed with being told me being in such pain in lower back and womb, causing inability to stand wasconstipation. I had several sizeable polyps which bled that needed removing in hospital.

So when I get to see a doctor they are excellent. But it’s impossible to get through. When you call they tell you to use the portal, but this constantly has a note saying it’s not ‘temporarily’ disabled.

I have been trying to get treatment for a simple fungal nail infection which has been going on for months now. Currently supposedly waiting for test results since December of 2022. I hate to think what would happen if this was a life-threatening condition.

Like I say great doctors but something here is truly wrong with the appointments system.

I have always find it difficult seeing the gp at this practice and was on the verge of moving my gp but my experience with Dr Chawdry was incredibly amazing. She did not rush the consultation and listened and addressed my concern. I have never come across such a calm and patient, caring GP in a long time given the difficult pressure they are being faced with. On the two occasions that I have seen doctors at this practice, I must say, they have the best. Thank you Dr Chawdry for the fantastic care you gave to me.

I've been using this GP for several years and they have always been extremely responsive and helpful. I've always been able to get an appointment in a timely way, and they have taken my concerns seriously and chased any referrals I have needed. Extra shout out to Dr Patterson, who is especially supportive and caring. Thank you and keep up the good work

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Ridiculous service. No appointment over phone. Website is always down. I have to wake up 6am to fill the online form but website was down. Called them to book an appointment for my 2 years old toddler, waited over 40 minutes for someone to pick up the call. After that receptionist refused to book appointment over phone, I insisted that my toddler is ill, she reluctantly gave me an appointment and said someone will call anytime between 9am to 5pm, I waited whole day but no one bothered to call. Do not recommend to anyone, stay away.
