dont deserve one star i didn't see surgery like that on my life they are risiste and don't help i did ask.gor appointment with gb the geve me after 1 month even im sick

I have asthma, and occasionally need inhalers, and Flu jabs. My previous surgery was in rural Devon, where they booked flu jabs for me and I could get hold of ventolin same day. At queens road I need to book my own jabs and always wait a number of days for my ventolin prescriptions- and they only allow one ventolin a time. I pay for my own prescriptions and have a much better understanding of my condition then any of the staff here - it’s almost like they are deliberately making me wait and in the case of having no ventolin - suffer!? I also find the hooded receptionist extremely rude talking to her colleagues in another language right in front of me. I have just discovered this place is having an extension built, personal I don’t think it’s fit for purpose, as is the chemist next door.

why they don’t allow me to buy a second (backup) inhaler is punishing me! I have twice now suffered attacks when my only inhaler has run out. - and this continues even after I’ve explained the problem, the reply to got was ‘you can choose another surgery’. A formal letter awaits.

Worst practice and doctor I have dealt with. Didn't even make eye contact with me or discuss the matter in hand.

Surgery receptionist can be a little brash but generally pleasant enough, the doctors of the other hand leave a lot to be desired. Generally Unhelpful unless they can push you a prescription which some start writing before you've hardly sat down.
Some my put this down to the state of the NHS, but for this surgery.... they've been the same for at least 29 years so that I'd not a valid excuse. Unfortunately I've been unable to sign up to another surgery... no spaces.

If possible try to see a locum doctor. Found them to be the best!

My father has been a patient for over 40 years. He sadly passed away last week. Dr Sheik had to sign a document for us that takes 2 minutes. He refused to sign this until he gets £40 and even that we had to wait 1 week to receive the signed document. Total disgrace showed no compassion or sympathy all he cared about was his money.

Whatever you do don’t register at this surgery.

Called the surgery and got an appointment for the same day and was seen on time. Dr Lodhi was extremely helpful!

I had a good experience with them they prescribed me medicine over the phone i was happy!

This GP is not really good. Doctors are OK, but the reception is a disaster. Rude, impatient and most times they don't even answer phone calls.
