The Vineyard Surgery

Incredible surgery. I don’t understand why anyone would complain about waiting 30 minutes, all GP surgeries are under incredible pressures from years of government underfunding. One day you might be that patient that needs an extra 5/10 minutes for something serious. Every doctor (special shout out to Dr Dawson) I have dealt with has been kind and helpful.

To get results for a blood test takes less than a week, modern medicine has come this far. But to get a PHONE appointment with the doctor to discuss these results takes TWO MORE weeks! Shameful.

I’ve had a consultation today at the Vineyard Surgery. Dr HUSSEIN Violeta is the most kind, positive and helpful dr. I ever met. Thank you!

It may sound corny, but this is the best GP surgery I have ever been to.

The level of care is remarkable: they really do want to help, and they take the time to listen to your concerns.

The waiting room is rarely full, and I have never had any major issues in seeing a GP or nurse.

Whenever necessary, they have referred me to the appropriate department at Kingston Hospital.

Just great.

Prescription issues.
Referral issues.
Diagnosis issues.
Management issues.
When you lose faith in your surgery...........its time to go before it becomes detrimental to your health .

I find this surgery fantastic - all the staff have been brilliant, from the incredibly helpful and kind receptionists who quickly got me registered and in to see a Dr, to the Drs themselves who have always been professional and giving the best care and advice, particularly Dr Powell-Tuck. This is the best surgery I have ever been registered with having moved to the area a year ago. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

This surgery has been great with appointments for my son, really quick and helpful. I thought it might be because he is a baby they are extra careful but they have also been great when I have needed to be seen urgently. Helpful receptionists, fast appointments (ok calling at 8am can be a bit of a pain but once you get through it's easy enough from there). Overall really happy with this surgery.

Dr I saw was very dismissive about my symptoms. I was told to only focus on the main one despite the fact that symptoms may be linked. Genuinely have no idea why she would chose to be a Dr when she clearly has no interest in helping. Dr Jacob is the only Dr I've had a good experience so if you need to join the surgery, I'd recommend asking for him.
