I can't even express my utter disappointment with this GP's services. My father complained (for a year) of severe pain and persistent coughing, he was also breathless a lot. He had gone to these doctors several times and they did nothing to help and they carried out no investigations to see what was causing these symptoms. He was very weak and suffered awfully. He put his trust into the hands of these doctors as they reassured him nothing was wrong. So he went to the hospital himself several times and finally they admitted him. Just a few weeks ago he was admitted in the hospital and they carried out several tests. Just 2 weeks ago we found out that he had aggressive cancer that had spread everywhere and within a week of discharge from the hospital he had passed away. This GP is useless and did nothing AT ALL to help.

very nice doctors, but with the worse reception staff.
the reception staff is very rude and ignorant. I hope 1 star can raise their attention.

First, the staff was trying to minimise her workload, she refuse to answer my question at first, and asked me to call other departments. and yet, I know very clearly GP is the only one I should contact.

finally, she asked for my detail to look up but still did not listen. She keeps giving me wrong information and was very misleading. And I know she was wrong, I question it, then She was very rude and ignored me, keeping not answering me.

days later, I found out she was really wrong.

I really hope the reception staff would be better.
with better knowledge and a good working spirit.
finish their work properly.

Really disgusted and upset with how I was spoken to on the phone. Needed my medication for 4 month supply as I was going away, was sent back and forth between pharmacy and GP for weeks. No one informed of any of the legal implications, GP on the phone just now was rude and condescending called me MARISSA several times, shouted at me on the phone saying she would not prescribe me any more medication and would not help any more as I tried to explain to her that the pharmacy were the ones sending me back to the GP, then HUNG UP the phone on me and told me I wasn’t letting her call the pharmacy. So horrible and disgusting, continued to speak over me. Horrible and lack of patient centred care, made me feel absolutely awful- just horrible.

My family from my grandmother, my parents to me and siblings have been going to this surgery for 40 years.

Nothing but good words, they have supported us and others we know throughout this time and through various situations. Even through covid, the service was still good despite the pressures they faced.

Credit to Dr Mangat and his team. And a big thank you.

Nice doctors especially Dr Sharma, the nurse and healthcare assistant are just amazing (lovely professional and polite) , both doctors Mangat are old fashion but super nice, especially with the newborn baby.
The reception staff are always helpful including the manager.
The only thing they really need to improve is actual rooms and reception, needs painting decorating and deep cleaning as it looks very old and dirty.
Overall nice surgery and I wouldn't change my GP practice.

Extreme caution should be taken when registering with this surgery!! I’m new to the area and have found it incredibly impossible to bypass the awful reception team to try to get a doctors appointment. I’ve called 20 + times to ask for appointments at 9am only to be refused or redirected asking me to send an email for an appointment. After sending emails I’m still waiting for an appointment two months after living in Hounslow. So I’m my opinion this surgery is actively risking the lives of its registered patients. If you are a patient here you should seek a second opinion because there is something seriously systematically wrong.
