Easy to deal with, helpful with SMS reminders, pleasant attitude and clean, modern interior. Haven't had such a good doctors' surgery since I was a kid. I'm going back tomorrow and actually looking forward to it.

During covid so obviously no face to face appointments but telephone service excellent. Called 8am, said doctor would call 9-10am same morning, sent photos online in advance of call which meant doctor could tell my issue was potentially serious. Able to ask more questions in call. He had a letter printed about my injury which I then took to hospital the same morning. Efficient

No practice or business is perfect but honestly these lovely people try so hard. I have been a patient with this surgery since I was 2. Granted it's changed ownership a few times since then but honestly I can't fault them. Their staff are always polite and helpful. The clinical staff are welcoming and I never feel rushed. Ok so appointment times could be better but to be fair there isn't one surgery in the country today who doesn't have the same problems. I feel seen and heard herem I have no complaints. Thank you to each and every one of them x

Their receiption staffs have extremly bad attitude
Every call of mine was answered by someone whos extremly impatient, futhermore, the first time I called, the guy said they will arrange an Asian body check for me, I don't know if this is racist or things are just operating like this but it made me feel so uncomfortable. Why does race need to be envolved in this convo? The third time I called to reshedule my body check and they said it was successfully moved to Saturday, but when I arrived on Saturday, its closed!!!! I literally walked 30 mins to get there and forced to walk 30 mins back without getting anything done. Worst experience ever.

The reception staff try their best, but the quality of the GP service has reduced over the years to the point of negligence. We left last year and I have since realised that several key issues were missed. I would recommend registering elsewhere.

An ambulance was called for my 89 year old mother in law and they managed to get this doctors ( her usual practice) to send a prescription to our local chemist but was told not to use the antibiotics until the results of the sample were back . The results were handed in first thing this morning and was told a doctor would be in touch between 10am and 12pm today and not to start antibiotics yet. Was told call was high priority due to mother in laws age. It is now 3.45pm and my sister in law has rang the surgery twice and still no call with results from doctors. Definitely no patient care or consideration even though my mother in law is still very ill. Sadly seems like doctors really don't care about the elderly anymore! Would definitely not recommend this surgery!

Staff are friendly and competent. I had one fairly miserable nurse but all the doctors I have seen have been good. The best aspect of this practice is it uses Patient Access for prescriptions and appointment bookings, and has full medical history available through it which is excellent, NHS slowly moving into the 21st Century. The issue with it, like most in south London (and probably nationally) is wait times for appointments are poor. Over the last couple of years I'd say it averages around 2 weeks. I guess that filters out people who just have colds, but for serious problems it mean you need to look to walk in centres etc with 4 hour wait times etc.
