Unfriendly and rude receptionist and they don't give correct information. All the time we call for appointment I understand same day appointment is not possible when we call late. but if i got my appointment the doc tell me for urine test she said we can't collect Ur sample at this time in evening 5pm because sample collection only before 4. But if u don't tell us exect time before appointment how we know that what was the right time of giving sample. And the main thing my appointment was 5pm for test .........

I don’t usually write reviews, however I feel compelled. This system of calll appointments is a shambles, given three hour slots what are u supposed to do with ur life put it on hold cancel everything else not allow any other calls??? Just in the hope of the minute the surgery calls and his forbid if the phone is busy at the time then Uve missed ur appointment.
Getting through the reception staff to book an appointment is a mission within itself as u first gave to go through a health check with the staff who will book an appointment if they see fit or deal with u accordingly. Sending emails through their system is another waste of time as only half the message will be understood or implemented.
Overall I’ve always found the doctors, physicians associate’s, nurses etc very pleasant but the reception staff overall is incompetent, rude and totally a waste of time and unhelpful. If they ever have had good reception staff, they’ve always left after a while leaving a normal person/ patient to deal with unhelpful reception staff.
Getting the simplest things done is a nightmare and just to avoid dealing with the staff I would much rather neglect my health.
Please make changes, give face to face appointments or deal with mails directly.
Overall the services and care staff are great but the first port of call (reception) is an appalling representation of what the Practise is about.

I have been a patient at this surgery for 21 years, I never felt the need to change from here until yesterday! I had a telephone appointment with Dr Mayor Junior, after the way I was made to feel yesterday by him I would give zero stars! I was appalled by the way he spoke to me. I haven’t been able to shake this feeling off. I’m extremely upset and will be making a complaint!
A few months ago I had major surgery, unfortunately there has been complications post surgery. I was told to contact my surgery if certain things occur, so I did but these were completely discarded by Dr. Mayor Junior. He made me feel as though I was wasting their time for the problems I’m enduring.
He’s made me feel like I can never call this surgery again! There was so much more to this conversation but I will be including it all in my complaint. Do these doctors realise how they can impact a patient's mental health when they speak to them like they are less than nothing. I have always had the upmost respect for Doctor Sunil Mayor for the way he speaks to and dealt with my health/concerns over the years so feel sad I have to write this review.

I have been trying to call this GP for soo long and nobody picks up, I’ve waited hours. I needed to cancel an appointment and they tell me to call them and I wait in queue for hours together and when it’s my turn they cut the call. After I get a message from them saying “you did not attend your appointment, in future please notify us”. I tried to, honestly I’m just sick of the horrible service here.

Really bad booking service & staff. The surgery opens at 8 am but the staff set the phone voice service to say "Due to exceptionally high volumes we are very busy" & the line disconnects !!!. This happens until 9 am after which they enable the service and you are put in a long queue. This is a regular thing and when we go in to complain they act as if all is well & nothing wrong with their phone service. All appointments become full by 9:30 am and they advise us to call first thing in the morning & then this happens. Called up today & after briefly explaining my issue the lady ask me what the issue was !! I then had to explain everything again.

Unfriendly receptionist, very rude and doesnt really want to understand the patients point of view.. Anjali the receptionist is very very rude, she acts dumb aswell..I receive a letter about my reports which are not clear to me aftrr which i give a call to the GP to double check if everything is good and Anjali tells me my reports are not out yet..so weird..., by this i can tell that she is either dumb or the system what they work with doesnt get updated regularly.

Wry greedy doctor…I went for an appointment in Bupa …he charged 500 pounds for some blood test where test wasn’t needed as it was done 1 month ago

Poor services from the staffs on several occasions, my grandma had to go xray for her body part and was given letter to call the hospital to book appointment. When called the hospital they mentioned that its walk in so we went for xray, later on found out that gp has not given referral for this. Extremely dissatisfied with the staff and when I mentioned that situation to go staff named "Anita" asked to make appointment for the next day to get referral from the gp to the hospital, which was never explained properly in the first place. When I asked Anita why was this never mentioned, she said "no problem, please call doctor tomorrow. This kind of inconvenience is a "no problem" to the staff members and don't seem to care about their patients.
