Dr S Sood - Doctor Sood's Practice

I have been phobic about visiting doctors but Theresa has been fabulous in the surgery, and Gail is the best nurse l have ever met. She makes you feel so at ease. I have found it easy to get appointments, l am seen within a week.

The fat polish lady at reception with short reddish hair has no manners at all. She was rude to me and other people that had come in after me....I’m going to come in just to record her and put it up on YouTube.

Staff is well mannered, polite and really helpful. Dr itself is excellent because he will listen to your problem calmly and does whatever he can to help u and that makes u comfortable and gives u peece of mind. Thanks to my GP and NHS also all the Staff

Excellent Practice Nurses, Gail and Caroline. Very happy with Dr Soid, and over the years nothing has been too much trouble for Teresa. Not forgetting Mrs Sood always helpful.

The Asian receptionist talks like as if she is a doctor herself while she has no patience at all to understand any issue. No respect for patient privacy. This woman has no manners. Worst experience.

Dr Soods practice is very good . Because I am a newly registered patient, yesterday was my first time make phone appointment , The staff has a good attitude and the doctor listens patiently to my explanation. Actually, my English is not very fluent, but their attitude gave me confidence . I feel is very comfortable. Than you my GP.

I am very disappointed what has been written about the staff ,
especially used inappropriate langue , the polish lady she is wonderful and polite women and very helpful , and all the staff are the same .
I have been with this practice over 35 years never had a problem
thanks to Dr Sood and there staff .

Years ago dr sood was my doctor and when my sister died I asked fir a sick note and he refused saying I didn’t need a couple of weeks off, how the hell did he know how much time I needed to grieve over sister n when I moved from that area didn’t even give me a chance to change doctors struck me as soon as could abosolutelt disgusting behaviour thankgod I moved
