Shocking experience showing a complete luck of medical knowledge and confusion from 3 different doctors at this clinic during 3 unrelated events (including a prescription of wrong medicines and referrals to wrong tests!)
Especially when it comes to newborns, they seems to have no idea. If you are a new mum, look for a GP elsewhere.

Worst GP ever. Nobody knows nothing regarding procedures. They never were able to give me a password to change the hospital appointment. Lack of medical knowledge.
The receptionists are rude

The best surgery ever. The staff,the doctors,simply the best.I couldn't ask for a better surgery.

Receptionist and GPs aren't properly trained. The receptionist wouldn't give me an appointment to the GP because according to her, my issue needed to be treated in A&E. But after spending 6 hours in A&E, they said my issue needed to be taking care of by a GP, so that was a waste of time.
When I saw the GP for the issue, he literally said "I don't know what to do".
It's shockingly frustrating.
Also, the practice is not disabled friendly, the GPs are on the first floor, with narrow stairs for patients that are injured or ill. It doesn't make any sense.

Efficient and friendly. If you like to the point help and care at a personal level you are at the right place here.
