I have been going to this Yiewsley Family Practice my whole life.
On an overall note on the surgery, the staff are really friendly and always helpful, I am always able to get an appointment and have often gone out of there way to support me and my family.

I have nothing but complete praise for the Dr Chana and Doctor Raj. Having visited them on many occasions through our my life, I cannot thank them enough. They have given me such good guidance and been very supportive. They give full explanations and as much time as I need until I feel comfortable. They always show me a healthy way to help myself and offer great advise.

I have only had a great experience with this doctors and I am very grateful that if I have any health issues, I trust that I will be extremely supported and shown the right direction to help me.
Thank you very much.

Rude! Unhelpful! No wonder the hospitals are all full because doctors surgery’s like this are awful!! Woman in reception won’t say her name but she’s usually on in the early morning needs a lesson or two on how to speak to people such a rude person speaking over you on the phone and talking down on you like your a piece of dirt, she needs to go on a people’s skill course or get a different job because clearly this isn’t for her. RUDE.

Ok been comeing here every month for a year and a half i swear to you not one of the appointments was on time, every one (no joke) was minimum 30 mins late some times 1 hour........ and today when i phone to see a doctor like your supposed to at 1pm etc, the lady was rude and condesending when asked for an apointment she said UH NO in a condescending tone of voice . we have only one doctor. i said im out of medication and she said to be honest with you, you should of come in a few days ago... ( ringing on the day like im supposed to bc they need to monitor me as done for over a year etc)what am i able to tell the future ? that YOU only have one doctor ? yes thats totaly to do with me! .... other wise the actual doctors are fine! so there you go an honest review.

I respect NHS staff. I am so dissatisfied with the service of this Yiewsley family Practice. They don't care or respect patients. If you want to make an appointment you cannot make it at the surgery even though they have an intocom facilities you have to go home and call them on the phone which they don't attend. I called them several times but only if you are lucky you will get connected. You know a joke they treat the patients as robbers like closed doors and only on intercom you can contact. This is a dam disgraceful to the Surgery. Dam disgusting staff treatment.

Its exhausting trying to get through the reception to see the doctor. Why do I need to discuss my medical issues with an unqualified person who will then decided when and if I get to see a doctor. Why am I begging to see a doctor? If I hear the words call back at 8am again I will scream. When you do you then need to submit pictures to see if I qualify to see the doctor. when i was mis-diagnosed by a locum i then called back and told to call back again at 8am to go through the same process!!

I waited over a 2 hours in the waiting room. The staff informed me my name had been called but I had sat there and it was 100% not. This was completely their mistake and their solution was for me to wait longer and get sent to the back of the queue. As an NHS ICU staff myself, I’d expect more organization and proficiency from another NHS establishment.

As well, I felt discriminated as a Chinese Male, even if my name was called, I made eye contact with every nurse that called a name. Whereas, when they called names of other races they would go up to each person individually to confirm name. Special care was also given to elderly, and although I can appreciate them giving proper care to the elderly, the services should be equitable and I felt like I was provided a significantly less quality of care today.

To further, another patient also had missed their appointment was given priority over myself, despite me being here 20 minutes early to my appointment.

I am incredibly disappointed in the care that I received and will be switching practices.

Disappointing surgery, ideally should be closed by the NHS and replace it with a more competent one.

They really should have no stars, the staff don't care,i think they just see it as a job,the assistant manager espically,no compassion, will be so happy when I move out of the area and get a proper doctors that actually care about their patient's,I have taken things further as i feel no one should be dealt with the way i have. If you can STAY AWAY
