I visited today for my Pfizer jab. I queued for about 5 mins..good distancing..entered and directed to my room(there are a lot of rooms) where I confirmed details with Nurse. Jab was fine and had to wait for 15 minutes to check no side effects..2 outside canopies..warmed. Extremely well organised friendly and slick. Despite having been shielded for all bar 3 months in this last year I felt very safe. Thank you and if you're worried about visiting..don't worry. Outstanding.

The Orchard practice is not well managed they are very disorganised and IF you are lucky you get an appointment. I am very disapointed. Last week I had to post concerns on facebook which must have got picked up by them as I got someone calling me at 7.30am for an 8am appointment. It was the first time ever. The new so called system they are using is extreemly non patient friendly and they rarely even call you back. I have a daughter in bed in pain and just like I had to go to A&E for minor incidents before I will now have to burden a&e again to go get help for my daughter. I called the surgery this morning at 8.55am as I tried 4 times to get their useless form filled up only to get an error message 4 times. Then I called them I was told I would get a text to get my daughter a face to face call. I never got this it is now 13.48. Shame on you Orchard practice. They seriously need to be monitored and spot inspected. Very, very poor service. You do not even deserve a 1 star!!!!

Every time I go there I am relieved mentally and physically thanks to All the Team Members. They work hard. I did online appointment, thought it was a bit frustrating cause you don t know when they they,ll,answer you but then got contacted, seen same day,and helped a lot. Thank you for your hard work for us (free, too!)

Had appointment to day 24th October at 08:30 for blood test, the nurse refused to do it. What a waste of time.

Impossible to book an appointment, whether by phone, online or in person.
The surgery may aswell not exist. If you`re ill and need to speak to a doctor at this practice then good luck. You`ll have to just get better by yourself or start making funeral arrangements. I feel sorry for the receptionists it`s not their fault or the doctors, it`s the system.

An absolute nightmare! to see a GP you need to win a lottery ticket in this place. The phone system is so bad that sometimes I had to wait for 45 minutes to speak to receptionist and then told that there is no appointments left. Recently they have implemented a new system that you need to do it online ONLY and a person in the surgery decides if your request (which take a long time to fill in an online form) is urgent enough to be seen by a GP. I filled in the form today at 8.45am and it is 3.35pm and I havent yet be seen by a GP. They sent me an email saying that I have to send them pictures of my injury before they pass me to a GP, this was at 1.45pm! This service is a disgrace for humanity!
