Clifford Road Surgery

AVOID and don't waste your time. Disgusting manner of service from receptionists on the desk on Wednesday morning unorganised and racist to white people making fun of me laughing and shaking their heads when I gave description of the staff member who took our forms and booked us in yesterday asking me to look on the telling me to come at half eight in the morning and then telling me when I arrive in the rain I'm not registered and they only offer telephone appointments.
The attitude is a don't care attitude my sick child was sitting g there with a temperature of 37.9 and still declined to see her or override her being deducted.
No help no customer service and very rude manner of both women one with brown highlighted hair and green/ hazel coloured contact lenses and a cream Ralph jumper and a woman with black hair toed back strong Indian accent.

Never answer the phone, book appointments then have meetings for nearly two hours and don’t inform the patients but leave a sign on the door to say surgery is closed for a meeting!!! No respect for patients at all!!!!

The worst experience ever. Been calling since 11am on Friday and today (Monday) and it just rings and rings even though the IVR diverts the call to the clinic. How are they going to deal with emergencies if they can't even take calls? I am pregnant and need to speak to my GP. Really horrible experience.

Dr Chandrabina, DR Raj Singh, Debbie, Indy and Sarbjit Have been extremely wounderful, can’t thank them enough for the care and support provided.
A special thank you to Dr Chandrabina who is always helpful and explains things in details and investigates issue that need attention.
as for getting through on the phone we can appriciate it’s a busy practice and there are times we have to wait a long time to get through.

I have been with this surgery for Almost 25 years ,it used to be very professionally handled specifically the receptionist. Now we have to wait for over 40 minutes to get through to get an appointment. They never pick up the phone, even if they do pick up the make excuse that they can't hear u and then cut u off. Worse receptionist ever.

Shout-out to Mrs Deborah Williams for her excellent service. I'm not very good with injections but Deborah made it easier and helped me manage to get through without me passing out like I usually do! Thank you!

The worst gp surgery which with I ever deal with . Quicker you will die than get in contact with them . After many many times of bad service I decided to warn everyone to dont sign up there . !

Worst experience ever ,rude staff , laughing over the phone ,don't give the right information to the patients ,I need to call everytime and to discuss with them cause they are in rush always and they don't allocate enough time for you !
