This disrespectful woman Jill Crawley (receptionist) is so rude and unprofessional. I have avoid contact with the gp simply because I am afraid to have contact with her! She needs to be sacked! Reporting the whole practice to the cqc. Lord knows why they have a good rating!

Rude receptionist, calling to make Fake appointments to get money from NHS. Dont even want to provide confirmation.

Not very nice. I agree with the other reviews could be worst Dr's I've been at. RECEPTIONIST Jill thinks she is a top surgeon or something.... ur a RECEPTIONIST love. She is rude and impatient. Looking for new doctors because if I stay here I'll probably die. They don't care.
