Very disappointed. Blood tests done in their clinic are pushed to be between the normal range. If the hormones show in blood test results the minimum or maximum but still within the range - they say "I'm happy with the results" - male doctor said to me (don't want to give his name here - the one with glasses). They don't take age as a factor when reading blood test results which is key factor when reading hormones. When I went to the other clinic (where they've sent me to the hospital for blood tests again) the results were completely different (below and above the normal ranges) - which shows they are faking the results and so they give wrong decisions about your health just to have less work to do. I suppose it is because there is too many people in London's Hospitals and they don't want to refer to specialists to cure not urgent (but still) health problems. BE CAREFUL.
