I have attended this surgery since its opening, through the retirement of Dr MM Rahman to his daughter Dr T Rahman with Dr Tsoi being brought in to cope with this & their other surgery in Stanley road. This is an excellent surgery that I would recommend to anyone. They always go that extra mile for their patients. I can't thank them enough. If you want a better than good doctor then this is where you need to be.

Dr Tsoi has been absolutely wonderful. It would be an understatement if I said anything less than this man saved my life. He has been the kindest and most understanding doctor I have ever come across. He has listened to me over the years for any issue I've had and he has helped me calm my concerns whilst taking them seriously which isn't something easily balanced. I would not be in the healthy place I am without him. Thank you, Dr. Tsoi.

Have been with this practice for over 20 years. It used to be a lovely practice with great service. I rang to book an appointment today, was told they are only doing phone consultations and the first available slot is in a month's time!! Ridiculous. Maybe they hope you're either cured or dead by then !!

Dr Tsoi is fantastic. Very kind, helpful and a great listener. He put my 7 year old daughter at ease who has been very poorly for the past 4 days. Thank you very much Dr Tsoi.

I recently popped in for a test and nurse Dawn is absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly and professional and made me feel so much at ease plus she was super experienced in her field. I would like to thank her for making my visit so much easier and less nerve racking than I initially anticipated.

My sister went into today and the receptionist was extremely rude with her and treating her like a piece of dirt. I believe the receptionist was being racist as my sister is a Muslim. All my sister wanted was to get the application form so we could register ourselves. My sister also stated our mother is wheel chair bound and the lady said I want proof you will need to bring your mum in so we can see for ourselves.

The staff and doctors within the practice are excellent, so helpful, kind and considerate, the help I've had from them with my husbands medical problems has been absolutely brilliant, best surgery ever.

I HAVE RECENTLY JOINED THE SURGERY THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE FIRST CLASS AND AS FOR THE DOCTORS ALL I CAN SAY IS BRILLIANT I HAD A PROBLEM MRS RAHMANN SAID COME TO SEE ME IN A COUPLE OF HOURS SHE DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM STRAIGHT AWAY AND GOT ME AN X RAY IMMEDIATELY PLUS CALLED ME AT 8. 40 PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT ABOUT ANOTHER PROBLEM TRULY GREAT SURGERY
