I am reading some of those reviews and I do wonder... Where did you go? That's not my practise...
Staff always goes above and beyond, all medical team is more than kind and attentive. Never in my life been under better care. I am with a practise for six years, and I cannot say anything bad about them. Yes, waiting room is rather exploited but they invest money to make improvement and I truly believe time will come and waiting room will get refurbished and refreshed. Staff, nurses, doctors and admins are absolutely amazing!

I am very disappointed with this place. I fell ill with acute tonsillitis, for 5 days I had 39.9 fever, vomiting chest pain. On the first day the receptionist, after hearing my symptoms, just hung up the phone. The second time she said to call in the afternoon and when I called she announced that they do not have any appointments for the next 3 weeks and she referred me to the pharmacy. After such care, I had to go to the hospital with a high temperature, wait a few hours to finally get help. To ashamed that this place is call GP, I will definitely give up this place.The ladies at the front desk are very rude

Receptionists have no manners, worst experience ever! They started talking to us with attitude and not a single bit of manners. They never have doctors available. They told us to wear masks and started making it seem as if it was our fault we didnt have masks when we knew that restrictions were over, they didnt even bother to give us masks even though they gave the couple infront of us a mask without them even saying anything. But were not bothered to give us masks and decided to talk on an aggressive note.

Every time the family have to contact the GP, we're met with the RUDEST, most SARCASTIC and INCOMPETENT receptionist ever!!! This has been our family GP for over 20 years, and we dread having to contact the GP, the receptionist has made family members cry on many occasions during really difficult times. (We've already made multiple complaints about her).

How can such a personality even get a job where they would be speaking to the public on a daily basis?!?!?! The surgery would drastically improve if she was removed.

Such a shame and very sad as every single GP we have are the kindest, most helpful doctors ever....

I have been with this practice since I moved here in about 1990 and in all that time I have never had anything but great service from everybody at this practice. I have very recently had to call on them again for help when I was feeling very unwell and I experienced nothing but kind and professional help both from the receptionists and the lovely Doctor Ocansy and I personally would not want to move from this practice. At the end of the day I realise the pressure the receptionists and Doctors must be under in these times must be enormous but however I can only speak from my own experience which is good but actually I was surprised to see some bad reviews on here.

I'm constantly trying to make a appointment as I have been struggling to sleep for many years and it's always no answer or when they do they are rude. Then say oh phone us this day as we have no appointment. Why can't they make it while I'm on the phone

Excellent service from the doctors and receptionist. Always helpful and manage to accommodate where possible. I’ve been with them since 1997 and take any medical issues raised seriously. Would highly recommend them.
