Absolutely amazing! Got an appointment. Went. Got advice, the doctor was very kind and caring. Hopefully all will be well!
Only downside would when on hold to the GP there's a voice who just constantly on repeat says "you are X in the queue" and it's quite aggressive when you're on hold for too long.

An always kind, engaged, efficient and friendly staff cohort, who are happy to help with any question or query. The reception and medical staff are a very welcome change to other GP teams I’ve encountered. Given the level of stress facing medical staff, it is doubly impressive that they not only provide service with enthusiasm and rigour, but with a smile aswell. Keep up the great work:

Normally I never put negative feedback. I am with this Surgery for last 15 years. My appointment with Ms Wynter was at 14:20 but I’ve seen at 15:20. Total 40 minutes delay. She was not even seeing any patients. Asked receptionist few times and they even wasn’t aware of what she was doing locking her door. She could serve another 5/6 patients in this 40 minutes time. I was thinking for a minute how tax payer’s money going to the drain.

Horrible manager and horrible practice, they treated me very bad during the pandemic. Manager very rude, no respect to the patients, she hug-up the phone on me in the middle of the conversation and when I called back to ask what happened? she replied had to deal with something else that is urgent than you! Never book late appointments as showing in their website. Manager refused to give me letter as proof of my health condition regardless that I have long term illness.
Do not register with this practice they charge for everything including the free travel vaccine.
Horrible manager if still the same that was during the pandemic! I was pushed to leave the practice because of the way she treated me and put me in danger during covid-19.
I should put this review long time ago but was unwell and poorly and also lost my mother due to Covid-19.

After numerous unanswered to the surgery on 12/09/22, I came to the surgery to see a doctor as I was suffering from severe pain in my upper left dominant arm. I was told by the receptionist that the earliest an appointment with doctor will be on today Tuesday 13th of September at 3.40 pm. I did not complain and accepted the offer. I attended to the apt on time. I was invited in 15 minutes late.
To my surprise I was invited by an assistant physician. I said to her that I am suppose to see a doctor. I explain to her my problems. She was nice and apologised and agreed that I need to be seen by a doctor instead as she could not do much to help. However, she booked me with a doctor for next Tuesday 20/09/22 at 09.30 am. I did not say anything to the receptionist whilst leaving as I did not see any point for her incompetence. On reflection I find it appalling that I have to wait for more than 2 weeks to see a doctor. Very sad the way the surgery supports people who are suffering.

Only thing I can say is that the receptionist are friendly and helpful. I DON'T want illusion myself but for now I can tell that this GP are good people and support. I Hope they not bad like my previous Gp. Fir now 3 star 🌟 .

She was great, she diagnosed me quickly but took time to listen to my issues. A week after she diagnosed me and gave me treatment I am improving, so she did a great job.

There's never any decent appointment times. No one can just refer you or sort out a prescription. You always have to see a doctor and wait a week to two to get any help. I used to think this Doctors was really good but recently it has been going downhill.
