Dr T Ghosh - The Ashchurch Medical Centre

Poor service, can never get an appointment - not helpful at all. Transferred to the Wellbeing Centre on Bloemfontain and was seen almost immediately with phone calls and emails from the doctor to boot - excellent communication which cannot be said for Ashchurch. I am still waiting for an appointment. Avoid Ashchurch at all costs - it is woefully managed. I am not surprised the practice has been rated ‘Requires Improvement’ by the CQC which is a damning indictment on its poor leadership. .

Absolutely hopeless place.
Trying to get an appointment if you are sick? Good luck with that, at least a week of waiting.
Do you want to see someone on the day and time of your appointment? Good luck with that too, you will have to wait and be given no information on how long.

Awful, no appointments. “We’re booked up for weeks, call back at 3” - which is it guys?

This place is going to miss something critical sooner or later.

absolutely bad service, if i could give half a star i would. i would say avoid this place, no appointments are ever available and some receptionists are rude. doctors dont care about their patients and undermine a lot of stuff though some doctors are good.
