Sandra and the others are overworked but consistently helpful and kind. I always make an effort to be polite as I realise not everyone is and they always respond in kind. When my baby and son have been sick they are brilliant - the doctors too - I am very grateful they are my local doctors

I have never had a problem with the Surgery, care or advice and think that the Doctor I see is very competent and caring.

Incredibly difficult to make an appointment. It doesn't seem to be a friendly and caring surgery so far.

Can't really make an appointment within a reasonable time from when you need it. Some very unhelpful and condescending receptionists that think they were raised in Buckingham palace. Some doctors are inexperienced and don't diagnose correctly, only Mr Winayak is worth going to this surgery. I changed my surgery because he is so busy you can't see him anyway. Extremely disappointing service overall

Appaling. You're calling them right after they open- they don't pick up the phone and then half an hour later they're all playing silly and saying that they're fully booked, and when did you manage to get yourself fully booked? How the F am I suppose to book an appointment with a doctor?! Been calling for 2 days straight to get my pills for epilepsy and to get a referral for blood tests- no success whatsoever.

It's been my surgery for many years, Dr Winayak And the rest of the staff have always been excellent, and I hold the surgery in very high regard

Quite frankly, awful. Mainly it’s down to the reception staff who tend to act like they’re taking bookings for a crazy popular upmarket themed restaurant in 1980s yuppie New York City, being rude about having no space for a GP appointment & actually scoffing at the idea that a cancellation may become available. It can take up to a month to actually get an appointment sometimes. Keep voting conservative folks.
