London Doctors Clinic Private GP

Great service. 15 minute detailed appointment. Did not rush and was very thorough. The only issue was getting into the Regus building on Fleet Street where it was based as no reception until 9am and my appointment was 8.15am! Sort out this access and I’d give a 5 star!

Visiting London from Canada, I needed an urgent consultation. I called LDC mid-afternoon and they gave me an appointment for the next morning. The GP I saw was courteous and conscientious. She read the history I had submitted on-line, and questioned me carefully. She then told me to go to A&E immediately, by taxi. She did not encourage me to take other services from LDC, despite my asking about unrelated blood tests that I wanted. She said that they could wait while a visit to A&E could not.

I needed medical care upon landing in London after an 11 hour flight from the US. London Doctors Clinic was able to offer me an appointment shortly after their opening time. I was seen and obtained medication and recommendations for my travels. I highly recommend!

I was able to book an appointment at very short notice with the admin side of things being completely seamless. I was looked after by a caring doctor who thoroughly talked through my issue. Will recommend to friends and colleagues.

Note- the US system should look at the UK process and actually deliver health care.
