The nurse so rude all the time.
Doctors don’t have enough knowledge. Very disappointing.
Takes almost 2 weeks to get an appointment and when you do get one they always over run.
Staff are unhelpful and just ask you to reschedule an appointment and when you do it’s the same story , they are running behind.
I have booked double appointments and booked 3 weeks in advance and still the same Issues

There has been a second instance, where my own surgery is unattended / not responded and is pending with absolute zero response on any future dates or at least an acknowledgment from March 2020.
it becomes the patients responsibility to call the GP even for their follow up's
I would NOT recommend this GP to new registration.
I have met three doctors in this GP, they are all super nice and friendly.
And yet, I gave 1 star because one reception staff is very rude and ignorant. I hope 1 star can raise their attention.
First, the staff was trying to minimise her workload, she refuse to answer my question at first, and asked me to call other departments. and yet, I know very clearly GP is the only one I should contact.
finally, she asked for my detail to look up but still did not listen. She keeps giving me wrong information and was very misleading. And I know she was wrong, I question it, then She was very rude and ignored me, keeping not answering me.
days later, I found out she was really wrong.
And one of the staff (maybe not the same staff) has failed to do some admin work long ago. So I have been waste for half a year waiting for a referral.
I really hope the reception staff would be better.

What is worst about this practice is that the clerk people does not have the word ‘we’re sorry’ in their language! Even when they obviously mess up, all I got was a shrug with the most indifferent, ‘I don’t really care’ look.
Oh and one clerk person refused to believe me 3 times when I repeated that I attended an appointment with the nurse as the initial signing up process. Her questioning and choice of words was really insulting, as if I am incapable of understanding her words. Only after refusing to believe me 3 times, she finally came to the conclusion that there was an error with the system, and only said ‘give us a call in 2 days’.
I know a lot of people that work in hospitality, most overworked, so these people have no excuse for their clear lack of basic people skills and their rudeness. What adult is incapable of apologising for their own mistakes?! Disgrace..
