The female Dr Reddy isn’t very approachable, very unfriendly and seems pretty heartless. It’s a shame because I’ve seen a few doctors and the nurse and being happy, but you can’t always guarantee you can see the same doctor.
Also the receptionists aren’t very friendly - they always give the impression that they’re stressed/unorganised and make you feel like you’re making it worse by asking them a question. I will be finding another doctor for me and my family.
After an early pregnancy scan during the weekend I was told the baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks and had no heartbeat (I should have been 10 weeks at this point). After luckily getting an urgent appointment on Monday I was told by a new GP/nurse at the surgery that I should hear from CW (as all my information and appointments are there) and if I don't hear by the afternoon the next day to call the hospital.I called the early pregnancy unit at CW next day and was told they hadn't received a referral.
I called the Vale surgery and was told it hasn’t been done yet and I won’t be referred to CW as they don’t have an early pregnancy unit! (I literally called the unit 10 minutes ago) I will be referred to Ealing!!!! I told them it is ridiculous to not only have to chase up the referral which I know takes 5 minutes to do, but that I’m told my hospital does not have the department and that I will be sent elsewhere without even being informed! All of this nonsense when I'm trying to emotionally deal with what is happening right now. I have been told by a midwife that this is abysmal of the surgery as I need to be seen very quickly for this and I should complain to the Quality Care Commission.
Your reception staff are hopeless.Every time and i mean every time i try to get my prescription there is a problem. Its never sent to the pharmacy.
Worst still, they argue with you about their incompetence.Even when the pharmacy name is written on the prescription. This month now it isn't done that way(apparently) .You didn't know that when i was at the desk? Does this mean every patient didn't get their prescription sent out? Most likely.
I have been asking for two bottles of a nasal spray for 10 months.I still get one.Two sprays in each nostril equals 120 a month.Bottle contains 140.
I am not going into further details about each and every time they get it wrong and fail to get it to the pharmacy,100m down the road.
Its terrible and no one wants to take the blame.I feel sorry for the OAPs who use this surgery.
UPDATE. LEAVING
Never answer the phone. Do not return emails. Still argue about the mistakes that are their faults. Nothing has changed so i am changing. Good luck with your health if you choose this surgery.
