This is the best surgery I have ever had. Dr Reddy goes above and beyond his work. He follows up how are you and takes much time to explain and go over conditions with you. The reception staff have always been very understanding of any predicament I have found myself in. They listen they take the time to make sure you are seen and they really care. I cant recommend this practice more!

Can hardly ever get an appointment if you if you phone first this in the morning it’s always “fully booked...there’s no more appointments available” you can’t book for the next day so you have to risk waiting and trying again the following morning to be told the same thing.

The female Dr Reddy isn’t very approachable, very unfriendly and seems pretty heartless. It’s a shame because I’ve seen a few doctors and the nurse and being happy, but you can’t always guarantee you can see the same doctor.

Also the receptionists aren’t very friendly - they always give the impression that they’re stressed/unorganised and make you feel like you’re making it worse by asking them a question. I will be finding another doctor for me and my family.

During my recent pregnancy, Dr loses my notes and calls me after the weekend to ask all the questions again. After twice now being asked where I want to be referred (I requested Chelsea and Westminster Hospital) I receive a letter saying I am now referred to Queen Charlottes Hospital. I immediately said to the receptionist I have been given the wrong hospital and the GP even confirmed it will be CW not QC. I was told maybe CW was going to take longer to book me in... I should be informed and asked before someone picks and chooses this surely?

After an early pregnancy scan during the weekend I was told the baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks and had no heartbeat (I should have been 10 weeks at this point). After luckily getting an urgent appointment on Monday I was told by a new GP/nurse at the surgery that I should hear from CW (as all my information and appointments are there) and if I don't hear by the afternoon the next day to call the hospital.I called the early pregnancy unit at CW next day and was told they hadn't received a referral.

I called the Vale surgery and was told it hasn’t been done yet and I won’t be referred to CW as they don’t have an early pregnancy unit! (I literally called the unit 10 minutes ago) I will be referred to Ealing!!!! I told them it is ridiculous to not only have to chase up the referral which I know takes 5 minutes to do, but that I’m told my hospital does not have the department and that I will be sent elsewhere without even being informed! All of this nonsense when I'm trying to emotionally deal with what is happening right now. I have been told by a midwife that this is abysmal of the surgery as I need to be seen very quickly for this and I should complain to the Quality Care Commission.

I asked for a letter confirming that I was a patient at this surgery. They responded to me that they are happy to do this at a cost of £15. In the mean time I also contacted my new GP who were able to provide this letter free of charge. Dr Reddy GP is trying to rip patients off for something that other GPs are providing to patients. I can only assume the money goes directly to the doctors/ receptionist pocket, I hope they pay taxes on those illegally earned funds.

I have been with this practice for many years , and I got to say the reception staff are despicable, they are rude and think they have the right to judge you ,are they doctors now ? One receptionist argued with me for 10 minutes telly me to go get some oxygen for my brain , (sally) I tried to ask to speak to the manager to make a complaint she would not let me ? And was told I could not get my prescription or speak to a doctor to call back tomorrow, I’m a mental heath patient and was deeply distressed the way she spoke to me I called the hospital who rang the Surgery and told the doctor to call me straight back and gave them a time limit , for some one with mental health this could had lead to a serious breakdown or worse the way sally spoke to me , over the years I’ve found only a few to be helpful Jane in particular, but most of the staff have poor communication skill, no empathy and dame right rude , however I can’t fault the doctors but I think they should chose their staff accordingly.

I wish I could honestly give this clinic 0 stars. The clinic is impossible to deal with, the gps are very rude and unhelpful, and getting treatment or medical attention is very difficult. They show no attention to the patients or medical cases, and just make you feel like your health issue is your own issue and not theirs.

The doctors are fine and you get quick appointments.I hope the Doctor reads this.
Your reception staff are hopeless.Every time and i mean every time i try to get my prescription there is a problem. Its never sent to the pharmacy.
Worst still, they argue with you about their incompetence.Even when the pharmacy name is written on the prescription. This month now it isn't done that way(apparently) .You didn't know that when i was at the desk? Does this mean every patient didn't get their prescription sent out? Most likely.

I have been asking for two bottles of a nasal spray for 10 months.I still get one.Two sprays in each nostril equals 120 a month.Bottle contains 140.

I am not going into further details about each and every time they get it wrong and fail to get it to the pharmacy,100m down the road.
Its terrible and no one wants to take the blame.I feel sorry for the OAPs who use this surgery.
UPDATE. LEAVING

Never answer the phone. Do not return emails. Still argue about the mistakes that are their faults. Nothing has changed so i am changing. Good luck with your health if you choose this surgery.

I'm really happy with this doctors surgery, I trust the doctor, he explains things clearly but not in a patronising way, I trust him with my young children's health. They are well organised and I can always get a same day appt. I would recommend them.
