Spur Road Surgery

The GP was rude, incompetent and unprofessional. He asked numerous inappropriate and personal questions, was completely dismissive about my health condition (asking 'what am I supposed to do?') and was patronising and attacking. He took all notes on scraps of paper that were then lost, also lost my passport and proof of address meaning I could't be registered and therefore wasn't able to receive my blood test results. He tried to fob me off by asking me to come back the following day, when he planned to be out of the surgery at a meeting. Totally awful experience.

Came in with a bad knee. The Dr examined me and explained why he wanted me to go for an x-ray. Was very easy. Explained what he thought it could be so he put my problems at ease. Have been coming her for years. My whole family is registered here.

Was seen within a week of phoning up. My other friends have to wait up to 2 weeks. Dr's were v. Nice and they sent me for an x-ray and got the results within 2 days.

Very kind and caring staff, the service at the reception is excellent and effective. Short waiting time for appointments and satisfied with the GPs and the nurse.

The surgery is good especially the morning (Lady) Receptionist always help and have a concern for children.

Not very professional nor human, reception staff is polite but GP looks tired and not helpful most of the times. When the complaint comes the wife of the doctor comes up and the daughter comments 5 starts on their own business.

I admire family union but I wish I had picked another practice.

I have had fantastic customer service from Farah the receptionist at the GP over the last 3 weeks. Very supportive, great listener and helped me get all the information I needed for my parents as I was really stressed and overwhelmed. She made everything easy to understand and made sure I left feeling clear and confident in my knowledge. Thank you so much. :-) Please acknowledge her.

I've been attending this surgery for over 10 yrs, I can not fault it.
They have supported me in every medical condition I've had.
Yes sometimes I can't get an appointment but it's not the end of the world I just call again next day at the right time and surely get it.

I am totally happy with this practice. Thank you receptionists, thank you nurse,and thank you Doctors
