I can only talk about my own experiences both with the doctors and nurses at The Harrow Health Care Centre. I attended with my husband for vaccinations recently. The care we received was exceptional. The information and advice from Jo and Cathy, the two nurses who assisted us was first rate and we felt very secure knowing we were only being given what we needed and that no-one tried to "up-sell" anything else. The professionalism we experienced both over the telephone and during our visit, including being shown the phials to confirm that these were the correct vaccines and in-date, is far above the level of care I have personally experienced elsewhere. It would be extremely unfortunate if any potential patient reading the previous reviews were put off by unfair or negative comments.

Dr Woyka provides a brilliant service in Women's Health. I have been a patient for years with differing health issues. She really listened to my needs and provided a clinical management plan that felt inclusive of my ideas, concerns and expectations. When I needed to revert to the NHS GP, good advice was given to save on private costs and how to better access NHS treatment. Forever grateful. I recommended her to two relatives needing urgent surgical intervention which quickly signposted them to specialists, which saved one from permanent disability and the other from unnecessary surgery. Highly recommended and well regarded. Thank you Dr Woyka.

Dr Jane Woyka is absolutely amazing. She doesn't go an extra mile, she goes 100 extra miles. She is very knowledgeable and caring.

Our 3 year absolutely adores her and loves playing with toys.

I have been Dr Wyoke’s patient for near enough 30 yrs and have nothing but highest regards of her ability, her’s, the medical team and surgery staff work ethics, care and competence. She is very grounded, always treats me as an equal, takes time & care to explain detail of any treatment procedure, guides me thru options .. My mother was her patient for 25+ yrs. She always treatment mum with gentle care and respect, and stood by me when her health took a turn and she passed away. In my books the rating would be 6++ stars.

Shocking service from a what was supposed to be a highly reputable private healthcare provider. Receptionist not very well informed or knowledgeable about services offered. She kept consulting the nurse or doctor nearest to her but clearly somethings were lost in translation.

I requested an INR test for someone. She told me it's possible and you get the result there and then. I paid the fee of £38. The test was done the next morning and then I saw an additional charge on my card for phlebotomy for £30 which I was not informed about. Strike one. Was told the result would come in 24 hours rather than there and then. Strike two. 24 hours later instead of providing the report they tell us the blood sample wasn't done properly so the patient needs to get it done again. Strike three. We went back to get it done and were told 24 hours from there. Still no result. Never again.

Very professional service provided by experts. I have attended a number of times and have left assured and satisfied. Dr Nathan was very thorough with me and answered all my questions to help me at ease. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient with Harrow Health Care Centre for more than 10 years and can't recommend them highly enough. Dr Woyka, in particular, has been outstanding and provided me with compassionate, reassuring and professional care at all times. The doctors, nursing team and reception staff are always attentive, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service and the highest quality care - thank you!!

I have been to see Dr Woyka and Dr Nathan at the surgery and find them absolutely faultless. In addition to this, the reception team and Administrators are all lovely, welcoming and warm which is so rare to find in a GP surgery and they all make you feel valued.

My referrals to consultants both times I have been to see HHCC have been very quick, they keep you in the loop and, even though I got some worrying news, Dr Woyka was fantastic with assuaging any anxieties and taking the time to explain everything to me in reassuring detail.

I’m going back to the practice for a recommended follow up treatment and have made the decision today to make HHCC my official GP surgery as I just can’t imagine receiving better care elsewhere-I had always felt my NHS GP surgery was fine so the decision to switch is based on excellent service rather than dissatisfaction elsewhere.

Can’t recommend the team at HHCC more highly.
