Staff amazing, helped me join when my previous surgery was causing problems, nurse, doctor was great, receptionists helpful, polite and down to earth.

Doctors don’t listen… one problem per appointment! It’s like dealing with salesman. Expect little sympathy, receptionists are rude. I left there today fuming, told dr about one problem and when I tried to talk about another which I feel is connected he completely ignored me, he gave me a prescription and then said bye lol nhs doctors nowadays are rubbish, they are a business and don’t care for you in the slightest. I’d recommend going to another doctor but they are all as bad as one another. Go private if you can afford it, I will once I can ✌🏻

Kill me now. The receptionists are great 5 stars. Doctors are just a nuisance pretend to understand CT scans. Say they don’t have medical records how do they know things from 2003 then. I know what I need just give me the referrals for Bupa that I’ve been advised to get and don’t waste my time. I know more about my conditions than they do. I prefer to pay for my treatment the only reason I need to go is for referral letters. Going to use Babylon in future.

I had a lovely experience with a nurse when she was doing some checks with me, but other than that, I`m never able to get through on the phone. Multiple times I ended up filling out the online form and then get a confirmation that a doctor will call me,but the doctor never calls.

The male receptionist that I spoke to today was very good at his job and a great credit to the practise i didn't get your name but well done 😊
