Absolutely disgusting. Booked an appointment and paid a lot of money. They cancelled last minute and have not been in touch for any refund. Have tried to contact them for weeks and have had no luck. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!! AVOID AT ALL COST. They take your money and don’t do the treatments!

I have paid loads of money abd cannot get hold of anyone to get a appointment let a know getting a refund absolutely disgusted

I am so angry, they have obviously closed down without informing anyone and so many of us had bought courses of treatment in advance, what a terrible way to treat people.

Same here, been trying to get in touch with someone for the last 3 weeks, no response to emails or answer machine messages

The company also used to operate in maidstone. Failed to inform customers that they went out of business. No communication, no replies to phone calls or emails. .Appalling treatment of customers. Premises have been seized. No business happening there anymore. If you want money back best to go to credit card provider otherwise you’ll have no chance.
