They changes the appointment without the patients consent.......

I rang the surgery this morning at 09.00 and was told I would be called by a doctor. I was immediately contacted by phone by a very sympathetic doctor who on realising how much pain I was having could provide an appointment at 10.30am.
I had a consultation, around 10.40am.
The doctor, Naveed (apologies unsure if first or last name )was so professional, so thorough and so sympathetic.
He provided a diagnosis, so much helpful advice and also followed the advice up with helpful links.
I have always found Newton's practice to be exceptional in their response times and helpfulness. Always kind and polite and willing to help.
I feel very lucky to be registered at this practice.

Really impressed with the service received from start to finish.

Although I've had issues with certain GPS in the practice (lack of empathy, moody, disinterested, etc), I can honestly say that a majority of the general practitioners are excellent and provide a level of care that's expected by their patients. The reception team and nurses on the whole are very helpful too and extremely competent at their jobs... especially Rose on reception and Nurse Jackie! One of the best practices I've been registered with thus far.
