Impossible to get an appointment yet the surgery is empty when you go there.

Can I give zero stars or even minus? I have had a physical injury and what I've been offered is a TELEPHONE consultation. Whatever happend to a physical examination? What about an actual diagnosis and prognosis? Being in absolute agony is still not a good enough reason to get a face to face appointment. They want you to go away and swallow OTC painkillers. Call 111 or go to A&E because this place just does not want to help anyone.

Disinterested, unempathetic and offish sum up the G.P's at this surgery. They don't see patients in person, just telephone consultations no matter what the medical issue is. It's shameful. Why become a G.P when you clearly do not care for the wellbeing of people?! Maybe for an easy life which is clearly the case here.

This surgery needs to be reported. Ofsted needs to question why they gave good. I requested my medical records. My health matters have either been minimised and lately they have stopped recording! I have had Long Covid symptoms for 2 years. Dr Khan did not believe me. I’m down as a “known asthmatic “. I never needed an inhaler until post Covid. I’ve had to beg for a Long Covid referral. Which has just been dove for breathing. Not my other symptoms. I have had respiratory issues since April 2020, brain fog, I’ve had debilitating fatigue for 5 years, it’s recorded as “ a little bit more tired than usual”. I’ve now got blurred vision, tremors, hair loss, light sensitivity that impacts me even in doors, tinnitus now 4/5 days in a row that’s loud and giving me a headache. I’m still on a Steroid inhaler now almost 2 years. Actually since April 2020. I’ve lost jobs as a result of this. My Landlady wants to evict me now she knows I have a disability under the Equality Act 2010.

Dr Nofu - shouts at me, refuses medication or gets shouty with me. She is rigid and loses her temper. I get TMJ a side effect is facial spasm and nervousness. It hits on the tri germinal nerve. She refuses any muscle relaxants. I dread to think of any poor souls have Chronic TMJ its on par with Long Covid. It should be recognised as a disability.

Once I have my health back. I intend on reporting this practice to the relevant authority ! NOT one I intend letting slide !

Very very very rude receptionist, they behave as if they own the surgery. They don’t listen to you and the hang up on you.

Worst doctors ever. They send you back and forth with everything and the receptionists do not know what they are talking about when calling up. Highly do not recommend!
