Lennard Road Surgery

Concerned about a very sore I rang the surgery.Dr Chan phoned me very quickly.Advice given very clear and helpful.He rang me several time afterwards to ensure I had an appointment or advice from a recommended opticians.I am very happy with the prompt attention I was given.Hoping to improve over the next few days.Thankyou Dr Chan

Was seen, waiting time was not long
But the reception desk needs to smile or speak with respect also over all doctor was very polite and respectful

My appointment was on the dot. Meaning I was called at the exact time. The nurse was very patient.

My appointment yesterday with Ann (one of the nurses) was fine. She was lovely & the consummate professional. I just wish the doctors at the surgery had the same attitude towards their patients.

I went for some blood tests and my appointment was on time. I did not have to wait at all. The nurse was very friendly and everything went smoothly. I however wish that the doctors had the same welcoming feeling.

Helpful and nice ladies at the reception. Lovely nurse who took my blood was very kind her smile when I walked in made me feel comfortable and welcome. Thank You .

Great experience with the nurse , seen on time . However it was a complete waste of time as I was given the wrong information by the greenside receptionist at time of booking appointment
