Greenside Medical Practice

Greenside medical practice is a demonic place for any sick patient to be at. The staffs are from hell and they don’t care if you live or not. I was verbally assaulted in the presence of my kids at this surgery of which I reported and I was told an investigation is on going, it’s been 9months since that incident and no one has reached out to me. There’s simply no need to ring up to book appointment because there’s none. I started calling from 7:59am till 9am but the staff deliberately put the phone on busy so they are not disturbed and when you finally get through, they reluctantly tell you there’s no appointment that you should call back the next day. Greenside should be shut down with immediate effect, those staff should be investigated because something strange is going on and it’s affecting those that really need help!!!!!!

Greenside Medical practice is very very worst GP practice in UK. Not only staff treating patient not well but also Doctors also same, they did not thig about patient. They all using NHS to get salary and miss used. Recently, I had an accident and I have an head pain. I have called GP they said they do not have an appointment. I book the appointment through doctor link. the appointment has been book for face to face, but doctor call me and said your appointment has been cancelled and said you do not need further treatment, the pain will recover but he can not tell how long it will take. take a paracetamol. can not refer to hospital. I went to the St Joseph's hospital A &E. I have checked and told me, if I need further scanning, GP should refer to hospital but doctor said me, St Joseph's hospital wrote the system, not necessary further scanning. I have private medical insurance, so I ask to refer my medical company i will go with private medical help but he said he can not refer either. not only that, I am working I ask a sick note but he said he can not. if I need sick note, I have to go with my employer Occupational medical check up. If I need to go SSP, my employer said, I need to provide my GP sick note. That is true. Doctors also neglecting from their duty. due to their neglecting I lost my job. 10/06/2022 when I was at GP one staff told that Dr Shan is going home. It's mean, their duty time they going home and doing their private work instead of looking patients. Government pay the salary to do the house while in the duty. according Greenside practice, house work are important than looking patients. they do not have appointment for the reason of doctors are not available at the surgery to look us. they are doing their private work.

Receptionist hanged up after 35 minutes of wait. Very bad approach and patient must walk to surgery to book appointments if you need service. Never get any appointments when you need. What the point NHS take thousands of pounds from me and my family and no service. Very disappointing. Don't deserve any stars at all.

Hi my son was very sick and I took to hospital and the doctor told me to take home and will be fine after five days after five my son still was sick I took to the GP and prescribed antibiotics syrup and now is getting better thanks God and the The GP

Poor service, Impossible to book an appointment with them, they have too many members, and not having enough Dr available. Their service Should be over check by NHS.

This is ridiculous, every time when we are in this place the receptionist are very rude and aggressive. They don’t know how to speak to the patient. And this time I took my baby and the way he spoke to us can’t accept. He is literally threatened me. I can see him he is doing favours to his people. Theses kind of receptionist should leave or should learn to be human before joining the job. And the practice itself also not recommended.

My visit was very good, cheerful professional nurse who answered my questions and didn't rush me.
