It’s always so difficult to get through to them. They always say call from 8am morning and I have been doing that. Unfortunately I have a lot of health issues and I do call more than usual but I have never got through to them first time. I have been trying to call for the past hour, sometimes hanging up and trying again. It’s ridiculous. They have the audacity to say well maybe you didn’t wait long enough. Most receptionist are quite rude there. There is two that are particularly very helpful but I don’t know their names.

This is one lousy surgery.
So out if date they even still have a fax number in use and are so out dated they don't even know or are unable to provide an email address on their website.
Considering the ordeal of extremely long waiting times when calling getting disconnected at times too, I'm surprised they still have patients that haven't lost the will to live trying to get in touch!

This surgery should be thoroughly scrutinised and inspected by relevant authorities and I’m positive they ‘d shut down and doctors and relevant stuff struck off the register . Absolutely appalling service and treatment starting from receptionist who are atrociously rude , impolite, unprofessional , patronising and the worst of the rest . As far as doctors are concerned same authorities should establish where and how they’ve obtained their diplomas and got on the registry, incompetent, careless with service that is worst than third world country and plainly out of depth which makes them highly dangerous for your general well-being. Those few who left so called positive feedback are their friends and family , but believe me stay away from that surgery for your own good .

This morning I have been treated in worst unprofessional and an acceptable way, I find this behaviour disrespectful to me as a woman. My GP John Akumabour just hanged the phone on me as I was explaining to him my condition. I am in constant pain and for several years every time I try to explain my condition he dismisses me like all I am telling him is not important. My condition is getting worse and worse something that would have been treated easily and earlier if he had given me a professional help. He is treating me like I don't matter, all I want is to be treated. I don't understand why he has this personal vendetta against me. Please 🙏 I need anymore that can help me report this matter to someone within the medical profession that can intervene in this. Every time I call he is only arguing and shouting at me on the phone. Please help.

Hostile, inconsiderate and no bedside manner whatsoever.
I don't expect to visit a GP and be shouted at. "What do you want me to do!" is not how a GP should speak to patients. They bury their head in the sand when it comes to complaints, so I cannot imagine the mistakes that are being made when it comes to patient care.

Doctors are very helpful, receptionists are unprofessional and rude. Firstly they don’t answer phone calls are busy gossiping won’t be grateful to help patients, secondly very rude over the phone even when they are free they won’t pick up calls. If I could give 0 starts I would have. Please change receptionists as they are ungrateful.

The front of house of any establishment is your first impression. From the day I registered myself, then my two sons and finally my husband, and to many times contacting this practise, the reception staff are nothing but unprofessional, rude, insensitive but most of all, they carry the biggest attitude. I have no complaints about the doctors but you have to go through the front desk team to get an app - good luck. They bring the level of professionalism from this organisation from 5 stars, to 0.
Prepare to ask every part of your soul for patience as you will need plenty of this when dealing with the front house.

would leave 0 starts if i could.... Unsure of where to begin every part of this GP from the receptionists to doctors are useless!

the receptionists are rude, not bothered and have attitude (except the manager she is helpful if you get lucky)

The doctors have no patients, they don't rush and act like they are doing us a favour by listening to us. They are unsympathetic and give 0 F***s

I've been with the surgery for a few years and every they have been consistently BAD from day one. I have had enough and will be looking for another surgery!
