Whilst I love the doctor’s themselves. You struggle to get an appointment as well as the hospital tell me I should have urgent tests. The doctor never seems to receive the letters.

If I could mark a minuses start I would do that. Horrible service! Per 7 years i can’t get any simple service. Lady in reception so rud.

The worst service I have ever experience. Was on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes and I be cut off. Called back and still on hold over 1 hour 19 minutes later. This is a call regarding my 4 year son that 111 advisor me to call them for further help. I have never had a good experience with the reception and they are alway rude, even tho they took this job to help people when they are at the worst. Can’t believe I have been on hold since 8.11am and it’s 11.25am and still on hold. Joke

Can never get an appointment and don't pick up the phones, my partner is registered here and now i can see why hospitals are so full. Was also told we had a gp phone appointment for the following day to then never receiving the call and after chasing it up, they said its next week. Waste of time. Ive spent over two hours of my time trying to arrange ONE face to face appointment

Absolutely hideous I struggle to get appointments for my son and my partner they’re always fully booked. I’m better off going into the hospital and waiting at A&e avoid this practice at all cost

Rubbish! Worst GP ever, every time trying to book appointment for my daughter or me and nothing available for the week!! Can’t see doctor, have to go to the hospital to wait 4-5hours all the time!

The GP and seeing your doctor is only getting worse and worse the system is getting worse and worse I don’t know where to start from, before you could make a call and they’d answer it within seconds and minutes and you’d be able to book an appointment now it’s all just waste of time they should close all The Gp’s because it’s useless you can’t book an appointment And you can’t see a doctor you can’t get through to them and they barely pick up the call. Useless waste of time.

Been with this doctor's surgery for 25 years and it has progressively got worse, especially since covid. It is immensely hard to speak much less see a doctor, the nurses misdiagnose you and they don't put the effort in to even update you on any test results. The receptionists really don't care and at most times give you close ended answers or have an attitude.
