I have never get the good experience nor respond from this GP. To book an appointment or to get any referral letter, this GP never makes thing easy for me. Honestly, this GP must do something to improved their services.

( my amazing story)
When I gave my name to the old lady on the left desk when you face the reception for my appointment , she told me to take a seat , then I waited 2 hours while I see people coming after me and visiting the doctor . I lost my patience nd I asked her how many patients are before me ? She ask me for my name again after I told her , all she said is sorry you're not registered in my centre go to my college next to her !!! What?? seriously 2 hours???
That was the worst service I had in my life.
That lady should not be sitting there serving people at all , she was rude, careless , it's just disgusting service.

Very bad attitute with the receptionist. I have witness her whilst sitting waiting for an appointment and the phone rang her respond oh not again the phone keep on ringing im tired. You r a receptionist people going to call and it your job to answer.
I normally call and book appt in advance and now this lady telling me i have to call on the day 8am. When did this change? It was only last month i book in advance.
These people no help to the community thats the reason ED is always Jam pack. Night mare

3 Weeks trying to get my brothers emergency medicine for his epilepsy sorted & 3 requests from the chemist for a Blue Asthma Pump which is needed due to the heat, Horrible women on reception rings up today (22/06/22) saying about the requests, very rude on the phone (Your a receptionist not a doctor!) So end up having to waste food money on a cab as I'm Disabled to deal with it in person, she got the doctor to ring about an hour later... Phonecall was over in 1 Minute 1 Second... all I had to do was say what medicine my brother needed to the doctor and that was it...

Most dismissive staff ever. Majority of staff do not give you the time of day, nor opportunity to express issues. Only had positive experiences with Dr Islam.

Can never get through to anyone line is constantly too busy impossible to speak to anyone should put us in a call queue but doesn't even do that

** Avoid This Gp to Register yourselves to get more sick with their services. You will never get appointments .
I will just share my experiences, my New born daughter got unwell around 10 days , she is now in worst situation, admitted Hospital, just came from hospital yesterday and they advised to see my GP. Today morning 8’00 clock , I called again to get appointments but same no appointments available, then I explained my situation but Receptionist Daniel was so Rude . I never see in my Uk 25 years life time , in like that bad , rude and aggressive receptionist. Receptionist Daniel ruined my whole night, right now I am taking my daughter to A&E, Hospital, she stop her breath already 3 times last night.

Please please IGNORE this GP .

Absolutely disgusted how every time I speak to dr Alkasy he does not give you the time of day. Literally 30 seconds if your lucky and then puts down the phone or rushes you out his room.
Dr Islam very good but overall I am moving doctors ASAP absolutely joke been there for 7 years and nothing ever gets sorted
