Absolutely terrible GP, I have never seen or heard about something like this. They took all my family including 2 children aged 3 and 9 out from the system one month after we registered with them without giving us explanation. When phoned to ask why they said we have changed the adress and we're not eligible anymore to be registered. I have explained we have not moved the adress and we're still at same adress and they wouldn't even tell me where they have that information from. Nothing would change the fact will be taken out from the system. Not able to get any appointments at any times anyways. All staff just loosing time around there and all they'll tell you is fully booked. Avoid this GP is absolutely terrible with incompetent staff. Even after we registered we have been called again to register because the system was not showing that we're registered..So many mistakes in a very short time. Will write to the Health Ministry to complain about this GP

The most unprofessional GP surgery you'll have ever seen. Staff don't have a clue about what they're doing. My 10 years old daughter can do a better job than most of the people in there.

I’v been calling them from sharp 8am for 3days for an urgent appointment, fortunately I got one today but the receptionist was too rude to talk & failed to show reason/logic
My son is 5 years old ,having bacterial tonsillitis ,struggling to swallow even water for throat pain & he is on Ibuprofen & Calpol for high temperature which is not controlled for 3days .Despite all of these problems they’re saying he is not on their priority list !!
When I said that ,I work in another GP that doesn’t work like this one ,their advice was to register with that GP instead of this one but they’re not ready to give the service which is reasonably our right as a patient! On top of that the receptionist also gave me some advice how to b responsible parents & how should we manage our work life ..lol..They r bloody desperate with patients.
My concern is,what kind of management change they have made they were advertising??
I haven’t realised any change & it is still the same worst GP in London …

I have never had a GP doctor speak to me this rudely so I am in a shock and thought it needs to be posted as a review.

I requested for an E consult for IBS that I have been suffering from for past three years. I want them to help and guide me in order to better manage my symptoms and in the meantime allow me to work from home for some days of the week due to the urgency of usage of toilet this IBS brings with it.

I received the call and doctor did not even read the full details I gave in e consult. He said that he will request some test however according to him ibs is not an illness and therefore he cannot help me in anyway, shape or form when it comes to writing anything down. I said that my manager requires a written note which he refused to give.
I said to him that you are saying that IBS is not an illness so what about the people who shot themselves in their pants, do you force them to go and travel regardless? His reply was go A&E, we can’t do anything about it.

I just can’t believe how rude this doctor was, the most unhelpful person I have ever come across in gp practice. I had been registered with oak tree medical centre previously in ilford and hands down that was the best practice ever and now I am forced to registered at this gp that are down right rude.

Also, as I am a new patient and it was my first appointment they are supposed to get my medical records from previous gp which they didn’t bother doing. When I asked the gp that how can you say you can’t help because you don’t have my history as you should have got my medical notes, he rudely replied that no we don’t have them.

Doesn’t matter if they are overworked as that’s all I hear. Even if they are then do not except extra patients and Atleast provide a better service to those already enrolled with your practice!

Not sure which doctor I spoke to but I am supposed to be under sone doctor called dr Sharma.

I’d recommend to stay far away from this gp as it isn’t a good one at all

I have recently been here for a patient group meeting and got to meet the new management and other patients. The new management have made a tremendous improvement and I applaud them for their hard work. During the meeting I informed them of some issues I had been facing and they made me an appointment immediately with a doctor.

Worse gp that ever exits! Not even worth 1 star. This place needs investigating urgently. No one answers the phone. The automated recording says, 'we are here to help you' No you are not. You are here to kill us! Gps like this shouldn't be funded by tax payer's.

Been with the surgery for 38 yrs , the last 18 has been a shambles NOT because of the Receptionists , BECAUSE OF the incompetence of DR ABANIWO who drag the surgery to where it is now ,so please people don’t blame the receptionists as their hands are tied to what they can do. The five stars are for them and what they have to put up with .
