Be aware and do not visit Dr Patel AT ALL, he is very abusive and rude towards to patients no matter they are woman or man. He have no manners and shame been as a doctor. He is one of the unprofessional doctor I have ever came across in my whole life.
The surgery it self doesn't know what they are doing. I signed up my daughter with all the correct details on the form and they still made a mistake over her surname.
They want patients to follow certain policies e.g no buggies allowed, but there is no evidence on the notice board or even at the door.
CCTV doesn't work for peoples safety and for there personal belonging safety. Upon that they want patients to leave their expensive buggies outside and they won't even take responsibility for it.
Very unprofessional staff and doctors. The only doctor I will suggest to see is doctor Razak he is one of the best doctor and I never had any problems with him since last 2016.

Absolutely appalling, the negligence in signing off prescription which has been requested on several occasions. Will be making a formal complaint to the CQC & GMC. Lack of empathy from this foul breathed “G.P”
