Worst doctor's surgery possible in West Sussex . reception should quit there jobs I would be that embarrassed about working there..
Can never get a GP appointment.
you'll be on hold for potentially hours just to be told there is no appointments.
Doctors treat and speak to there patients like dirt especially doctor mendez.
receptionist incredible rude.doctors will hide behind them.
Choose a different doctors surgery!

I suffer with mental health and they don’t take anything you say seriously! All they want is for you to do talking therapy and nothing else. They refuse to listen when you inform them your medication is not working and they even argue and shout down the phone to you when your in absolute tears, honestly I’m so disgusted by the way this GP think they can talk to their patients. . Even the receptionists are awful and talk to you like you aren’t worth anything to them. Hope they get reviewed by cqc!

Never able to get through to reception. Dont even go into a que. My mum was diagnosed in 2020 with dementia and has never seen a doctor since..... The rest of the world has opened up after Covid, why cant doctors??? The receptionist called me yesterday and told me to call in the morning to make a telephone appointment for my mum. WELL that would be good if you can get through....... shameful

Shame you can't give 0 stars. Continually rude. Really out dated. Never get an appointment unless you phone 8am- nevermind people have work /kids to get to school at this time to sit on hold for 30 mins, that's if you go on hold and they don't just cut off the lines.

It’s so bad I don’t know what to start with.
1. You will never get a day appointment when you call in the morning.
2. It will take you approx 150 calls to get through the reception when you start calling at 8.30. Again, at 8.40 there is no more appointments available.
3. Reception is always rude. I feel like they work there as a punishment. You can never get any support and all you hear is “you must call tomorrow at 8.30 to make an appointment “ (again no appointments available).
4. It’s been already 3 times I called for my newborn baby and never seen a doctor. Always been told there is no appointments. Ended up going to a&e with a problem that gp should sorted.

Avoid at all cost. There are better places in lancing.

Receptionist’s are at best completely indifferent and more often than not rude. They should be ashamed of themselves but they probably don’t give a monkey’s. Do they not realise that patients (people not just numbers) who call them are in need and sometimes desperate. Shameful

Worst surgery ever . Receptionist are rude , doctors are never available even they have maximum few patients per day . We live in XXI century and we have surgery from Victorian era . Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never have any problems there۔ This is my experience so I can only talk for myself۔
