What an absolute shambolic practice. I would give no stars but google doesn't allow it. My aunty called in regards to her scan results and was on hold for ages. Finally got thorugh and spoke to a lady called Mikaela who listened to her request but didn’t even bother to look at her file properly. She rushed the call and completely disregarded the information in front of her and said scan report hadn't arrived yet when in fact it had. Either Mikaela was in a rush to get out or she needs to do her job properly because she shouldn’t be giving out incorrect information like this! Very unprofessional!

Completely outdated and inaccessible. Referral letters need to be collected in person and not emailed to you. Silly rules for phoning to book appointments. I can’t access my blood test report unless I book my phone appointment, speak to my GP while they tell my my results over the phone (it’s difficult to understand if i don’t have the actual results in front of me). My GP phoned me 5 minutes before the scheduled call time, while I was in a work meeting, so I couldn’t pick up the phone - the receptionist implied it was my fault and I had to result in re-booking my appointment for another day. I get booked with different GPs, so I get conflicting advice on when I should have my next blood tests etc.

If the lady callwd mille or whatever that old hog name is; pick up the phone even if you are the first one at the line,very first thing at the morning,she is goona say there is no appointment available. Even if you need the appointments for your babies. That pathethic old lady will not give the appointment. Dont waste your time, if she picks up just disconnect. Because there is no point.

Dr Afzal is always professional and compassionate. She relates well to her patients and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. She is good at building trust with her patients.

I would like to publicly thank the nurse, Practise Management and doctors at this surgery (I’ve been a patient here since early 1980’s) for the thorough care and attention shown to me recently during a medical situation. I would certainly not have known this existed if it hadn’t been for them and I am indebted and very thankful to them all.

Worst gp ever, they've gone so down hill from previous years, impossible to get an appointment with the doctor, horrible wait time on the phone if u want to book an appointment. When u get an appointment with a doctor it's a race against time, and God forbid u bring up more than one concern, they'll tell u oh no time for that book another appointment that will take 2 or 3 weeks. And all they do in the end is just throw bandaids over any health concerns.
Very negligent practice.

I moved from dr kalebics practice when it closed a couple of years ago , I have found the surgery very good and no problems with receptionist although you see rude customers too ! Mikeala is lovely always plenty of time for everybody .
A new phone queuing system has eliminated the constant engaged issue and I phoned on thurs and had 0900 on Monday appt ,
All the doctors here have been great and very thorough a contrast with previous practice which was rubbish ! Only drawback is new surgery whilst a nice spacious modern building instead of a 10 min walk from my house it’s one stop on tube and a 5-7 min walk but that’s obviously just for me as the new building is excellent

I have been trying to get connected to the surgery for more 4 hours, but it is busy. My call history showed 312 dialed calls, but hear the continuous busy tone. I think they have put the phone down. This is not the first time, several times I have experienced the same issue.
MOST IMPORTANT, receptionist believe that they are the owners of the surgery. Doctors are very kind but receptionist are very rude and impolite.
