I do not recommend this clinic ..
I've been trying to get my blood test results back for a month now and nothing. once they say that they are waiting for my GP to answer if they can share the results with me, and on the next day they lied again .. a month of talk time and to no avail ..
I asked at the stoke Mandeville hospital where the test results will be collected, they said they would wait to be picked up at my GP, I have a very large thyroid and a month without treatment because I cannot get the results back

This surgery is literally the worst I have ever been to !!! I waited on the phone for more than an hour only to get the response of ‘sorry we’re all booked today and ring on monday. This is massively inconvenient as one day someone may actually need an emergency appointment and they’ll not have any . Despite the fact that I explained my issue with them they ended the call very abruptly and behaved very insincerely and were really rude !!! I really don’t recommend this surgery to anyone , the service is really poor!!

Had a telephone appointment booked for me, my app told me the call would take place at 1500-1510. I waited and checked my NHS app at 1510 and the appointment has been deleted from my dashboard/app. I understand that things change but my time is important too. I know this appointment was important to me, to discuss blood test results, well we would not need to discuss blood test results if they were perfect !!

My wife recently was suffering what she thought a reoccurrence of pains she had with pancreatis phoned the surgery, was told the usual message no more doctos appointments today call 111 which she did and 30 minutes with them told to call her doctor?, so we went to the hospital where she spent the weekend.called doctors 08.30 in the morning and was 45th in the cue she stayed on the phone until 9.45 when she was told by the receptionist sorry there's no more appointments today please ring back tomorrow she pleaded just to talk to her doctor for 5 minutes to talk about her results but the receptionist was not interested.its about time the pandemic was forgotten and we learned to live with it as its not going away.
Also found out our doctor had retired 2 months previous

Have to call at 8:30 am to get an appointment. By 8:35am all the appointments have gone. Also you can't call before 8:30 and be put in a call queue as it just kicks you back out. If you do call at 8:30 on the dot you will be 50th in the queue so have no chance of an appointment and will just be told to call tomorrow. I have no idea how they think this functions but it really doesn't. I can't believe we pay national insurance and tax for this

My parents are registered here; it was bad before covid. It is horrendous now. I've had a receptionist end the call with me because she's giving me the wrong number for a nurse and when I queried it she said its my problem and to google as she's already given me the number. I asked to speak to a doctor to get it resolved, and at this point, she said I've already told you, and I'm hanging up now and put the phone down. The attitude is disgusting.
I'm not even a patient and the way she treated me and spoke to me, was awful. The diabetic nurse has already spoke to them to try and resolve this for my mother and was told similar - not our problem just buy anything you need. The diabetic nurse was mortified also with her conversation with the practise

I have been coming to this surgery for maybe 14 years and I’ve decided that it’s time to leave to go to another surgery. This week I had an appointment and I sat waiting patiently for 35 minutes when I noticed a small sign informing me that I should approach the receptionist. I waited at the reception and waited some more then I started calling out for some help. The group of around 6 to 7 receptionists were standing chatting and laughing with each other. I called them and I was amazed when one or them turned and made eye contact with me and then turned her back on me. I get better service at a fast food establishment. I felt really insignificant and I left hurt and bemused. I now intend to leave this ridiculous surgery. Do you realise how difficult dit is to obtain an appointment with your doctor?
PS. Spare your apologies, they’re empty!

Absolutely disgusted! I called the surgery this morning around 9.30 on the back of calling 111 for my daughter as advised by the 111 Clinician. The receptionist who by the way is in no way qualified to be asking questions about symptoms proceeded to inform that a doctor would be in contact this afternoon. A whole day has gone by and I have not had a call back. Symptoms as serious as vomiting, extreme lethargy and diarrehea in a 1 year old needs immediate attention. Sad to say that this was not the case. Thankfully I followed my instinct and was able to see a family doctor, but not everybody has this at their disposal. I understand the business, but no contact at all is very concerning.
