Manor Park Practice

I just had a horrible experience today with Sharmain, one of the ladies at reception.. She was frigid, unresponsive, lacked basic customer service skills and seemed quite mannerless. It behooves me that customer service at a health practice when dealing with customers who are emotionally/ physically unwell is extremely mediocre. I think the only thing this lady is concerned with is her make up and lashes. Anyone lacking empathy should not be employed at a health practice in my humble opinion.

One of the worst gp in this area omg those girls in the receptionist are so rude swear on my life they will die one day and god will punish them badly and the gp doctors are very rude aswell they need to shut that gp down asap those people who is running it don’t no what the talkin about or no what the doin giving people wrong medication and sayin different thing every time u go the all the people of this gp need to protest outside this place it’s the worst place to be will definitely need to report them

Our experience with this gp i horrible me and my family have gone through so much with this go they never attend to us or give us any appointments, mind u we go children under the age of 4 they treat us like we are nothing braised on the color of our skin when we they to communicate with the receptionists the air us treat us like we’re never there with this king of people working in the medical industry and to take “care of the patients” is the biggest mistake ever because unless you have their color skin ur an animal to them that doesn’t need to be attended mind you we have the same religion.

The service in this GP surgery is excellent we have been patient with them for years. Especially Dr Chaterjee he has always looked after our family and made sure we got the right treatment, truly a great service.

this is my first time writing a review for this surgery. Amazing staff.. I recently registered in this gp surgery and usma seemed really friendly and nice she tried helping me out. Bless her!

Visited the surgery after a long period of time. The staff were really polite and helpful, as was my GP, very easy going and informative. Great service overall.

Absolutely brilliant service at this practice . The reception staff were very helpful and efficient. My Doctor was very patient and answered all the questions i had. He was very friendly, knowledgable and showed a lot of care. An excellent gp practice
