Not given time to explain all of your problems and how you are feeling. Nothing about past ailments Just dealt with one thing and passed over the rest. Obviously he had more important things to do because he followed us out and left.

Very good standard of care. Admin staff are surprisingly friendly and understanding. Very professional and organised! Dr Jaiswal and even Locum Doctors very experienced and provided me and my family the best quality of care within this surgery. They give time (what they can) they listen and show genuine care and empathy.

Worst place ! Total waste of money ! Waiting time is horrendous! Doctors are horrible ! Their English is soooo bad, even the ladies at reception can't understand them. There is not racism here but if I'm using a doctor I would like to understand whatever they saying .. Overall really bad experience! I'm gonna change my gp, even if it's far from my house! I would even rate 0 stars if that would be possible! :(

I have been going there in the last 8 years , I never had a bad service. Excellent staff and excellent doctors. They are very caring to people. That is what I feel when I'm in there .
When I need to book appointment for my son they are always polite and I never waited to long on the phone. I'm proud to have them nearby . Great job.

Love the reception ladies they are very helpful and friendly but when am trying to call for appointment the phone doesn't go through

Fantastic reception staff always so helpful, and very cheerful and caring. The doctors and nurse are very thoughtful and attentive, always putting the patient first.Cannot praise them high enough, thank god we have such a superb service to rely on in our times of need!

One of the worst GP Practice I have ever seen ! Total waste of time and energy !
Very long waiting time over the phone when you call them. Doctor's never call you on time even if its pre booked appointment and they want you to be on time otherwise you are not allowed to see them ? Bad experience is ongoing since many years.
