Rude uncaring receptionist with a terrible attitude

Called up twice once about getting medication and another time to say i have something to do so i can't phone time to get an appointment only to be met with rudeness by the receptionist and the same receptionist it's all to do with my mental health and i get really bad mood swings now i don't want to call back if I'm gonna be met wit rudeness and i will be putting a complaint in but i will tell you this don't sign up to this place she's lucky i don't name and shame her
