St Albans Surgery

They have messed up my medical records and when i phone back to discuss it or email them no one picks the phone up or responds the emails. As soon as you get hold of them after hours of phoning continuously, they give you conflicting information. I would have liked to give them 0 star, but not possible! Absolute rubbish!!!!!

They could at least answer the bloody phone, let alone try to tell me what I’m feeling even if it’s completely different to what I’m actually feeling... terrible, probably going citizens advice after all this is done and dusted. Worst gp I’ve ever been in to my entire life. This has made me want paid medical care

I would give zero if I could. Calling from 10 for a routine appointment I've been taken out from the call so many times. After half an hour I FINALLY been picked up and told they are "fully" booked when I need an appointment for the next week. Funny as when you go to actual GP is empty.

Awful surgery just like st albans both connected both terrible ...my sons arm got burnt they attempted to treat it themselves when he should of been referred months ago to a burns ward..its only when my partner contacted them herself at the hospital ..that we understood how bad the surgery's care was ...they also gave me wrong medication twice ...since this we have moved surgery and will be taking action against this awful place

Very Poor and Unhelpful .. Unable to book appointment in advance apparently only have one doctor at Maplestead Road Surgery. Anyone recomend a better doctors in the area? (only gave 1 star as unble to leave review with none!)

The receptionist staff are very helpful. However, to get to see a doctor is next to impossible.

Absolutely terrible practice,, can never get through on the phones, no online appointments either, you wait for ages on the phone to be greeted by rude or incompetent staff, I try e-consult but the call never comes by the date that you are issued with. I order my repeat prescription to find that its very rarely been done either. Absolute joke this place.. sort it out as its only a matter of time before some one suffers immensely because of the way this practice operates . If I could have given no stars trust me I would have

My mother in law Ms Amod uses this practice and it is one of the best GP surgery. The doctors, especially Dr Hara is the star of the surgery. In reception, everyone is kind and do go out of their way to help. A big thank you to Dr Hara, Bibi and everyone in the practice for taking care of my mother in law Ms Amod with her complicated health problems. May you all be blessed and always be safe.
