The clinic itself is very clean and has a very diverse demographic of patients. Usually busy and can be hard to get through to receptionist staff over the phone. Personally I have had consistent good service from them ... Jackie is very efficient and knowledgeable she guided me very well yesterday and today I managed to speak to her to arrange a much needed emergency appointment. Thank you guys for doing what you do. It's hard to please everyone and everyday must have its challenges but you guys are appreciated.

Sharon at reception is the best i always ask to speak to her as she is efficient and helps really well with any questions or anything i need.
I always ask to see DR R Patel she is the best doctor at the surgery in my opinion, my son and i always see her
she is kind and listens to me without rushing me and advices accordingly,
Both sharon and Dr patel are a great asset to the surgery and i hope they never leave…

Absolutely a joke of a place, the receptionist are LIARS! I only have one day off a week. I need urgent medication for my condition. The receptionist at 8:30am on Thursday 15th September is a LIAR! She said the pharmacy will contact me and sort out a prescription. She said it was the barking hospital one. She lied.... no one contacted me once, I called Barking hospital pharmacy and they said this medical practise has a pharmacy specialist in house. So they wasted my time, lied and I still got no medication for my condition. Honestly an absolute joke, a lazy human who shouldn't even have a job. All these receptionist do is gossip, talk a lot of rubbish, eat and sit their fat self on their chair and are lazy. You see how they act when you call or go in they think you're asking them to save them. They can't even do one bloody basic thing. They just lie! Fix THIS

E consult does not work, there is no follow up from the GP’s after you have had a blood test and previous consultation! Where has the care gone or are we now just a number?? And there are too many of us to care about! If you need help, you have to go to the hospital as community care does not exist anymore! IF you get an appointment - Hallelujah!! There is some care and attention! Is this rare, only the reviews can tell……

Unable to obtain an emergency appointment for my daughter, phoned over 5 times, tel lines are always busy. E-consult is only available for few hours. They should reconsider taking on manageable amount of patients, surely its unmanageable from their end as their receptionists & Dr team are unable to cope.

Overall my experience is pleasant, girls at reception are great, and Dr Ahmad has been esp helpful.
Frustrations I share is the wait time to get through. Plus appts and econsult disapper very quickly.
However once you get the girls on the phone or Face to Face, very helpful.

I had my emergency appointment dealt by promptly by one of the senior doctors. I felt at ease and it was refreshing.
The appointment booking system needs improvement as there is a very small window to book appointments. I am not sure if this how the whole GP NHS system works after covid?
On the reception, Sharon, Debbie are spot on. A special mention to Dr.Rathore she is an asset to the surgery.

It is so difficult to get a appointment at this doctor even when you call 8am it says the line is full and then hangs up. So frustrating.
