Can never get through on phone to make appointment. Went into surgery to book appointment and was told to call in at 8:30am. Tried for days but always line busy. Receptionist more interested in talking to colleague about weekend plans than talking to me who had been standing there for almost 5 minutes. Will definitely be moving from this surgery

Dr. Caranci and Dr. Franklin - great doctors respectively, can’t fault in the slightest. 10 out of 10.

Receptionist(s) over the phone - on too many occasion recently have been very rude, don’t know the slightest about manners. Require further customer service training or firing.

Doctors here are nice, especially Dr Franklin and Dr Tayara. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the "little Hitler " receptionists who don't listen, speak over you, and don't give a dam about what you are saying. The attitude of some of these has improved recently since my review.
It makes me laugh that the answer phone message goes on about abusive behaviour, well maybe the reception staff need to be taught some manners and listening skills.

I would give you less if I could, the receptionists are so unhelpful and most are rude this surgery is going down hill.

I have found The Bridge surgery to be very efficient and the initial phone or call back appointment is working well despite my initial reservations.. I was called back this week and able to go down to the surgery to be assessed. I was given a prescription which was available straight away across the road at Knight's chemist. Three days later I am beginning to feel better after being quite unwell. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are very friendly and helpful and have a difficult and demanding job

Absolutely appalling surgery. Recently moved to the area and the few times I have had to access the surgery, for children's jabs or the odd prescription, the service I have received has been extremely poor. Receptionists are unhelpful and rude. I have never been seen on time. The surgerys policy to leave sick patients and small babies waiting for their appointments outside in all weathers is terrible. I have seen COVID-19 measures being implemented in a much more humane manner at other GP practices. Avoid at all costs!

Whilst this is a difficult time for all of us and waiting outside is not ideal the surgery can only work with what they have. When I have needed to receive help from the Bridge surgery, and I have been with them for the last 15 years, I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Although the triage question can sometimes feel intrusive, they are asked to enable you to receive the correct care as quickly as possible. Thank you to all the Bridge staff.

The worst GP practice I have ever come across. Receptionists don't seem to know anything, they give you different information every time you call. I have been calling on behalf of my mother, we tried to speak to the manager a few times and can never get through to her.
I will be making a formal complaint as the care provided is just horrible. Very disappointed that every time my mom tries to get help, she is not being listened to.
Will be taking further actions.
