Receptionist was very rude to my wife just because she missed a call whilst she was working. And yet when you try to call the surgery its hit and miss weather someone will pick up the phone. If you do get through, all you get is attitude and arrogant behaviour from the Receptionist. Very disappointed.

If I could give this surgery zero stars, I would! I am currently waiting 4 weeks for an appointment. They closed the website down without telling any of their patients. And the new "Buckland Medical Practice" website won't load so I can't make an appointment through e-consult.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Well done!

Since covid hit this surgery have been nothing but a pain! Tried to get my son an appointment for a rash they would not see him, told me they would get a paramedic to call me in a weeks time! They have no time for their patients anymore and I shall be looking to move surgeries asap! Rude reception staff

I feel really let down by the surgery. I have been trying to get an appointment for my son for months.
Getting through on the phone is almost impossible because their line is continuously busy. When finally get through l am told to go online to fill out a form and take a picture.

Do not use this surgery. It is worse than useless; it is dangerous and damaging to your physical and mental health. It should be closed down. They hold your Depression and anxiety medication to ransom, only giving you 2 weeks on prescription to force you to come in for a medication review every few months. When I asked a doctor about his he told me it was in case I committed suicide, they would have it on record that they had asked me if I was suicidal (so basically to cover their backs). He also told me that I would get better from the severe depression and anxiety disorder, that I have suffered from for 20 years now, if I wanted to!! The next time my medication was held to ransom, I was too ill to go in so could no longer get any medication. Nobody ever contacted me to see why I had stopped taking the medication that was supposed to stop me from killing myself. I have been waiting for a mental health referral since 2018 and heard absolutely nothing.

My medical records are incomplete with information missing. I ended up at Buckland Hospital Urgent treatment centre for an emergency ecg as I could not get any help from Peter Street apart from being told to ring and ambulance or go to A&E. I was told by Buckland Hospital that my surgery would contact me for a blood test to rule out other conditions that could be causing my heart to keep missing beats. After not hearing anything from Peter Street for a week I contacted them to find out what was going on and they knew nothing about it. I booked an appointment that was earlier today. At the appointment he nurse had no idea why I was booked for a blood test or what it was for. She had her face mask under her chin the whole time, until I questioned her about it, even though I had been told to wear a mask when I arrived. Her answer was that it kept slipping down!!?!?!? She also did not wear gloves to take my blood.

I could write a couple more paragraphs easily on how incompetent they are but I'm sure you get the idea. For your own safety and wellbeing please do not go to this surgery.

I’m absolutely disgusted in this doctors surgery, the receptionist are rude, they have no manners, im surprised it’s still open and running, after my phone call this morning im angry with how UNPROFESSIONAL THE RECEPTIONIST WAS.

Pre Covid they were fine. Now trying to get an appointment in December 2022 is hard. December fourth.. I've been given an appointment for January third 2023..Anything could happen to me by then!

I'm a new patient and have only had good experiences with St Peters surgery whenever I've contacted them. The reception staff are friendly and helpful even though they are very busy.

This surgery is a million times better than the last one I attended at Ramsgate.

Update: After my first e-consult with a GP at this surgery, I've changed my rating to 5 stars.
Thank you
