My own GP had been treating me with a course of Antibiotics for a UTI. Two days after the conclusion of the course the infection reappeared on the Saturday of August Bank Holiday. I called 111 at 1630 hours and after a series of interviews I was given an appointment a Cannock Hospital at 2210 hours. I live a 15 minute drive from the Hospital and knew exactly the location of the clinic. Upon arrival I booked in with the receptionist and waited for my appointment. I saw the Doctor on schedule. I don’t know his name but he was a GP for the Harborne district of Birmingham. He was very methodical and thorough. Carrying out several tests and examinations. He confirmed my suspicions of a reoccurrence of a UTI and prescribed a course of Antibiotics. He then informed me that he carried these in stock and dispensed them for me.
I cannot fault whatsoever the service I received from either 111 or Cannock chase Hospital it was of a high standard.

The worst and rudest doctor I have seen. I was referred after I called 111 about severe pain and the doctor asked me why I was here and why don't I take a pain killer. He then informed me that he had 10 minutes for each patient and didn't have the equipment to find what was wrong with me. The door didn't shut either so the whole waiting room could here the conversation. Complete waste of time!

I've never written a bad review in my life but this place really tops it! They can't do their job properly, what is the point of a GP if I can't even see my doctor? Oh an appointment in 2 weeks !!! WOW maybe by then I'll be dead. Honestly worst GP ever and I really hope someone will sort out all the people that work there and maybe... just maybe get them to do the job that they're being paid for??? Wouldn't that just be perfect.

It would a lot easier to see the queen. My husband and Me both diabetic. My husband has heart issues. It’s been very difficult last few years. But our family doctor couldn’t care less. I have not seen the doctor for three years. No blood test or anything else we used to get one done in a month of Sunday's. Can’t get any appointments. They will put obstacles in the way. Repeat prescriptions are difficult to get. You get passed around. Absolute insult to injury. Good manners and a smile would go a long way.

Has to be the worst doctors in the area!!! My daughter has had high blood pressure and pulse, and she's being pushed from pillow to post. She was told from the hospital they thought she could possibly have heart failure, but is yet (1 month on) waiting to see a doctor or for referral. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this surgery.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from receptionist today. My husband was told to ring the practice first thing from a hospital appointment he had on Friday and she basically told him off for following those instructions, he already suffers from anxiety and depression and has had multiple problems with this practice before. Receptionist should have more empathy and understanding
