Would just like to Thank Hawkinge Surgery for all the help and support they have given us as a family and especially for the treatment of our youngest daughter.
A huge mention for Dr Ola for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring professional. He is an absolute credit to the practice! Also a special mention for Lucy Crippen for helping us with letters and referrals.

I am so glad my family and I are under the care of such a fantastic team of Health professionals.
Many Thanks.

This practice has the most abrasive staff especially front of house i have ever seen, Rude and unhelpfull on the phone and even worse in person, there are many very poor recent reviews about this, all have disappeared except the 5 star reviews years ago, whys that then ?
My wife put her repeat in a week or so ago with a mask on and was shouted at as if she;s a child " get out " get out "
we are ALL under pressure, who do these people think they are ?
Disgracefull.....

Phoned today after being told by 111 to enquire with a local GP practice about an urgent in-person consultation. Phoned here and spoke to someone who was entirely unhelpful, seemingly rude and, in essence, told me to go elsewhere. I am frankly shocked.

Always impressed and happy with the service I and my family receive. All of the support staff are friendly and kind not atall the stereotype of a doctors Rottweiler receptionist they just don’t exist at this surgery. Thank you so much you all really make a difference x

Please can the GPs talk on the phone rather than on speaker phone as the rooms echo badly & it becomes near on impossible to understand what is being said. Otherwise helpful today!
