Receptionist demanded to know what was wrong with me and why I should get an emergency appointment. Think just because you work for doctors surgery you have the right to demand personal info. Also wrongly diagnosed my disability and my mums cancer as constipation. Better luck getting advise from a shop keeper

Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to get an appointment.
Even after a nhs 111 telephone assessment told us to ring them and need to see a doctor with in two hours they still can't get use in for an appointment.
And the appointment is for our little one year old .
There are plenty of local surgeries in the area.it is really not worth going to this one unless you have all the time in the word.

Been waiting 3 weeks for a ten second signature on my Housing Support letter so that It can help with my application for a bungalow, because my 3 bedroom house has become to much for me and too hazardous for my disabilities, which I received during a road traffic accident a few years ago. After waiting 3 weeks I'm now being told we don't know when the letter will be signed because there is 3 Doctors off ill. What is annoying is there is a bungalow come available literally around the corner from where I am and the signature on the Support Letter, which they wrote would be a great help and support to me. Where is this Surgery's duty of care to its patients. This surgery as none.

They refuse to do appointments in advance. They open 4 slots at 8am and offer them to friends and family before the public. I've sat in the surgery hearing them deny appointments to people with serious needs and saying ring back tomorrow at 8 then phoning there sister and saying "yeah I've booked you in for later sis". Reception also asks for what's wrong with you so she can decide how important it is (Reception doesn't have any medical training)

No way to message the doctors at all. They refuse to fix perscrptions when they mess them up. Lost large part of my records and very very against people who are disabled.

I was told today that being disabled doesn't prevent me ringing at 8am and I can deal with the system like everyone else. I stated my carer doesn't arrive till 9 and thus I have been after an appointment 2 months now for an urgent issue that resulted in hospital treatment due to its severity growing from a simple fix. The staff literally said we'll maybe you should just ring at 8 or come to the surgery no " excuses".

This is the worst doctors surgery they do not care about anyone else but there own pockets as all they want to do is hand out pills they are not interested in running proper checks this is one of the reasons there is a increase in things like cancer also the receptionist think they are better then they are when they have no right to know why you want an appointment they all should be held accountable for there lack of interest in patient's

Uncaring, shambolic and lazy. Impossible to get an appointment with a doctor and the reception staff are rude. God knows what they do all day because it's not seeing patients. I've ended up having to pay private for a consultation and will be leaving Dr. Hook and his medical circus.
