Very good surgery and doctor was very thorough and helpful.

Some staff rude told my 76 yr old mum to come 6 times in two weeks n pay 8 pound each way for a taxi as she isn't house bound ye she is she has mobility issues n dr said sends sending nurse

Most unhelpful staff behind the reception. Reception always seem to be grumpy.

Couldn't book an appointment - 2 months......!!!!!??????
Not available by the app, not available over the phone, can't get it in person.....why I pay for NHS every month...?!?!
Sarcastic woman in reception told me - " to change the surgery" instead resolve the problem, totally waste of time (don't know what she still doing there - go to bazaar selling things, that will be correct place for you).....🤬🤬🤬🤬

Had an angiogram at worcester hospital 3 weeks ago and they changed my medication for my heart failure of which i have 4weeks supply left but can not even get a telephone appointment with my doctor to get my next prescription and to put it on repeat, every time i ring its call back on monday and try then as its at least 4 weeks once your able to get an appointment i am likely to run out of important heart condition tablets its a disgusting situation and the people on the end of the phone do not care or have any idea as they are not clinicians as we are told they are

Worst doctors that seem to get away with bad practice all the time, took them over a year to send my son for tests when I kept going there only to find out he had stage 4 cancer Hodgkin's lymphoma, told us to find another doctors as not in their catch ment through the pandemic 2020 applied at many doctors in my area which at the time doctors are to busy to see their own patients, then they give my son 1 vaccine as high risk and inform me last week a year later they have passed my details on to surgery by me but cant tell me which 1 and to ring round them and find out, we have now found out which surgery we are with but they have run out of the vaccine so I dont know when he will get the 2nd dose, the reception staff are rude and no help, they text you rather then give you a promised call back, glad I am away from there and my son just hope we can get his 2nd dose done soon and hopefully they dont do what they did to me leave the loud speaker to call through the next patient on only to have a nurse come in half way through your appointment to tell the doctor they had left it on
