Dr N A Davies - Brereton Surgery

Always have the best experience here. The doctors there are so competent and friendly, they do so much to alleviate any concerns you may have healthwise. I'd go as far as to say it even has a family feel to it, I think it's great now that when you call up it tells you how many are in the queue. You can wait a short while due to the half 8 reception opening time, but I always find you can get an appointment and the reception staff are always so helpful and accommodating.

I recently moved to Rugeley from Birmingham and am shocked at the difference in services provided at my local Dr that i have registered with.

I do not make appointments unless absolutely neccesary and have tried for the second time since moving here in September to make a same day appointment to be told i can't do that until 8.30 a.m which is the time i start work and cannot make or receive private calls during the day, i said if i call back lunchtime i presume the appointments will all be gone to which i received the answer 'yes'.

i have been in constant pain which i have tried to resolve myself to no affect and as a last resort as i suffer with Diabeties and Addisons Disease thought i may get some help from my Dr! how wrong i was.

She has always got time for u and help in way she can pluse she speaks nice and clear. Pluse if u need to be tranverd any any where she will try and get u appointment as so as possible

I have just found that they have been so helpful to me in so many ways and feel the care that they give is unconditional & Consistent.

Brereton surgery is by far the best in the area when it comes to a GP surgery. The staff right from lovely lasses in reception who are quick, attentive and very understanding to the nurses to Dr Gundha who I have only ever had the pleasure once and Dr Davies who is just beyond fantastic.

Nothing is ever too much for them to do for you. Were brilliant with me through the pandemic as I have chronic illnesses right unto this day. Have never felt as comfortable as I do with this surgery than with any other. Finally after 6 years of health decline, I now have operations booked and a path to feeling better which has never happened in the 6 years of trying before so well worth a mention and the five stars.

Absolutely amazing GPs and Staff..I cannot believe the difference in this surgery compared to others! Take the time to listen and action appropriately. Staff fantastic..things dealt with quickly and without fuss. All I can say is thank you for all your help and kindness, it is so appreciated, especially when really needed!! 💯%🥰

My daughter who is 20 this month was referred to child services for an autism check. She was obviously rejected. Got to go through it all again. Already waited a year due to covid. She is in bits. I am very angry, very disappointed!
